In an organisation, goals and objectives are important which are
needed to be achieved within the time period. It cannot be done
by solely person and which creates requirement as well as need of
team. Team at workplace plays vital role in developing and
enhancing growth of business. Managers & leaders are
responsible for managing and handling team in firm. Also,
coordination as well as mutual relationship is developed when
individual work with each other in effective manner

What are the benefits of team working?
Teamwork includes various people and different groups in
business which work together to increase and maximise their
efficiency so that goals and objectives are achieved in proper
manner. In business, teams are organised into two ways which
are product as well as process. Also, team members are
responsible for overall development of business and enterprise.
Main motive behind implementing team is that task and
activities are complete within the time period and mutual
relationship is developed amongst the group members. Further,
in team all work together to achieve common desired goals.
Without organising team, it is not possible for entity to attain
their mission and vision. There are various benefits while

while working together employees are able to

composed for short periods of time and are created to tackle
specific tasks. Establishing an effective virtual team requires
exemplary leadership, easy access to technology and team training,
as well as rules to protect team members that address differences

Ineffective leadership- Leaders can fail teams by not defining a

Who suffers?
When challenges are faced when working in team then organisations
suffer because it took time to resolve conflicts amongst the
employee. Also, due to such challenges time is consumed which can
be used at core activities.
Staffs also get affected when such difficulties and problems arise as
because relationship breaks down and everyone works individually.
Managers are mostly affected as because they have to handle
individual and workload at both equal sides. This is a problematic
situation as it demotivates managers and make them
impatient(Doulougeri, 2019).

and understanding. So, every team is different and follows
different approaches to complete the assigned work. Challenges
are faced by organisation, staff and manager at higher level. Such
