In this report, the importance of communication and teamwork is discussed. There are two
forms of communication verbal and non- verbal communication. Verbal communication is
which is related to communication between the two people verbally and non-verbal
communication is something which is related to the body language of a person. Firstly the
importance of verbal communication is discussed which are creating relationships, bringing
clarity, increasing productivity and job satisfaction, if the employees of the grocery store will
communicate properly they will be able to work effectively and will be able to build good
relationships as well. Further, the report discusses the importance of two-way
communications are which providing acknowledgment, maintain the communication system,
is learning the reaction of the receiver, implementation of direction, effective communication
and building good relationships. Two-way communication is very important in the grocery
store as it will encourage relationships among the employees and the manager also it will
