INTRODUCTION
Time management is appropriate planning and control on that how much time individual
should spent on specific activity. A good time engagement enable person to complete their work
in shorter and less time. It helps them to take less stress and lead them for success in their carrier.

Effective time engagement help student to do their work in more less time and help them to
do their work without any stress on without wasting their time. It is important to manage time
because without time management they always face difficulties related to their task so they
should always manage their time table and this habit will always helps to success in life
There are some reasons that can help students
Time is limited - In a exam time students only get limited time for their paper so they should
manage their time and make their time table according to the exams. It will help them to study
and time table remind them what they have to do on that particular time. During exams students
get less time to study for their paper so they should make their time table according to exams
papers.
Less effort - If student will learn that how to control the time then this can help them to focus on
their study and with that increased focus comes enhance efficiency in a student because they do
not loose their momentum. They will start doing their task more efficiently.
Reduce stress - If student do not have control on time or they do not have proper time
management then it will be hard for them to figure out how much time they will take to study
that’s why it is important to manage their time. A proper schedule of time makes students stress
free and relax students for their exams and It will also effect on their result and they will give
exams without any stress.
Improved Decision-Making ability- It is important for students to take their own decision and
time management will bring habit of decision making in their daily life and future. There are
having so many responsibilities on the students and time management will help to learn make
decisions helpfully by meeting the needed information. Each decision has their own benefits. If
you are a school student and you are preparing for something this will improve your decision-
making skills because you are prepared for the problems which you have already foreseen them.

For students it is very difficult to say no if someone asks to them about anything. If the
students are playing and their time is managed with all their study and task done then same ask to
a student whose time is not managed due to different part time job shift. Students should learn to
manage their time they should make time table for job and study both . This obstacle can be
corrected by finding the company of the students which are having similar job shift.
Procrastination
It is a very popular term which is affecting day to day life of the students a lot. The
students instead of completing the task on time used to say I will do it later or the next day and
the day comes never because the thing which is gone for today will have to be covered the next
day along with the yesterday’s task. The students must manage the work properly in order to
avoid any last time crunches. Procrastination is bad and can be verse if it is converted into habit.
Fear
Fear is also another factor which hinders the students to prepare well in the exams. The
student thinks that they will fail in the exams so there is no need of studying for the exams. It
goes very bad for some students and with the fear of the exam they don't even attempt the exams.
