Introduction
Time is a valuable asset of humans, and it is really necessary for us to manage our life
according to the time. In the spam of living the person manage various things in their life, in
some we got success but in some we got fail, and now what's necessary after got fail is that
how can we improve ourself. Everything and every work is dependent up on the time period,
and mostly we got failed in managing our time according to the given work. That's why it is
necessary to give such upbringings to the students so that they can learn the value of time, so
that the students can do their studies while managing their time(Eissa., 2018). If we as a
student learned the value of time and learn how to use the time according to the given work
then, I think no one & no corporations can stop us to get our dream job. But, I think the
youngsters of this era were engaged themselves in such kind of activities where they just
forget the value of time and for them everything else is more important then time. Through
this report I discuss the detail information about the time management and how the time
management is important in the study. This report will also cover the facts related to qualities
of an individual in the form of personal reflection, smart goals and the personal development
plan.

Time Management
The only thing which makes the student success in his life is to have a skill of
managing the time in his life. As a student we learned many things in our school life and the
most necessary lesson we learned in our school time is “ to be on time”. If the student get to
know the value of a time then, its really easy for him to do all the work and to there is a
chance to getting success in that work is absolutely high(Friedland, and Boden, 2020). Time
management is an art and we all have to understand this art because it makes us successful in
our life. To know the real reason of learning the skill of time management to information is
given below;
In the 21st century if the students will not learning the skill of time management then I
think for the whole life the student will not able to learn the meaning of success, because in
this era where the time is going so fast where the the people have so much pressure on them
like the pressure of employment, marriage, enjoyment and all these are the basics needs of
the human life. To make the students understand it is really important to give them a good
learning skills and to give them a lesson to treat the time as precious thing of their life.
Effective Time Management Strategies
Everyone has spending the time in their life, but some are spending with some
strategies which make them successful in their lives, while some just spend the time in
routine(Shingo, 2018). There are some strategies to make the time management effective
such as;
Make a prior schedule- in this strategy the students has to determine that how much
time is given for each subject they want to study in a day and also set the time for the
break(Dillon, 2018) . It will help the student to spend a day with the effective time
management.
Set the priorities- if the student would aware about the priorities or they set some,
then, it would become really easy for them to get a successful result and also help them to
achieve their goals on time.

Use planning tool- the experts recommend strategy to use such tool which helps to
spend the time in an effective manner, tools like calendars, phone apps, wall charts, index
cards, pocket diaries etc. These tools become very helpful for the students to recognise the
topics easily and also helpful in the revision period of time(Wang, 2019).
Time Management and Academic Success
According to the all successful personalities the time is a most valuable thing and time is a
only thing which gives you the same respect even more as we give to the time. As a student
we only have to learn this skill because the whole life is connected to our learnings of school
life. In the school life only this skill of time managing can be learn and of the student got the
skill then he can set his time table according to his day that how he wants to spend his day. If
the student have an ability to mange the time then and he is applying this skill on his study
then no one can stop him to achieve the success(Teo and Dai, 2022). Student who do all time
study and got pass but not able to get the good marks then it is not said to be the management
of time but, if a student allotted his time and gives his time to all the household work and to
the fun also and he know how to study at the given time period then he will score better
marks in the exam(Aquino Jr, 2022).
The success of the students is behind the way he study and the way he use the skills of
time management. There is direct link between the time management and to the success in the
study. The importance of the time management to successful study has been mentioned
below;
 The way of performance by the student along with the efficiency increase the chance
to get success in his studies.
 With the help of the skill of time management the student can release the pressure on
himself.
 There is no need to awake at night and feel pressure on himself about the studies, if
you are managing the time on time then, you can live peacefully and easily the student
get the success.
It is very essential for the student to do the study in a very efficient manner and they
have to apply in their life as the most important activity of their life. In the student time

period management skill plays a very important role to assist them in understanding that how
to study properly(Jalagat Jr, 2022) .
Following are the ways in which study can be done by the student properly.
 If the students accurately manage the time then pressurise situation as well as the
stress has been efficiently faced by them. They don't feel any stress, always remain
happy and satisfied and complete the task before the given time.
 Time management will provide the a great experience in the student life , it will avoid
the unnecessary thoughts which divert the students from their selective goals.
Conclusion and Recommendations
The best quality of a student is to learn the management skill of time, because it will give the
discipline in the life, the student can do others curricular activities which help the student to
enjoy the life if he manage the time according to the given work. So, to get success in the
initial period of life i.e. in the student life and that time is very crucial for the rest of the life,
the quality to manage the time period is helpful for the students and also give happiness,
discipline and success in the life.
