INTRODUCTION
The organisation of time in an intelligent way for effective output of an individual and especially
of students is very important in a students life. The management of time is very important
especially for students in order to maintain their study structure for effective conduct of their
studies(Moss 2018). This report will cover the importance of time for successful study and the
effectiveness of time in a student's life.
TASK
The effective management of time is crucial for students success. What is the importance of
effective time management to successful study? Explain your answers and reasoning.
Time management plays an important role in everyone's life and especially in the life of a
student. It involves proper organisation of things in order to make full use of it. Proper time
management helps in doing the tasks effectively which enables the students to keep a track on
their work or task. This leads to increase the productivity of the students which involves less
pressure among them. Time plays a very important and crucial role in the life of students which
enables them to work at timely basis which improves their determination and productivity
towards studies. This also helps the students in increasing their confidence with proper
management of their work and roles assigned to them. Effective time management also helps in
getting the important task or work done on time. This effectiveness in management of time helps
in enhancing the skills of the students which enables them to prioritize their important work on
time (Shin and Hickey 2021). The practice of time management is very important in the life of
student in order to enable them to improve their skills and enhance their productivity level.
The life of a student is managed by structured planning of time with involvement of punctuality,
determination and discipline. A student should know the importance of time and the manner in
which it should be used for beneficial results. Students should manage the important tasks by
prioritising them first in order to complete the tasks on time. The daily activities of a student
which involves completing his assignments, doing their projects, participation in extra circular
activities with appropriate management of time helps in completing the tasks with much more
effectiveness.

The most crucial thing about time is that it never stops and keeps on running at its own pace
without any break or stoppage. So a student should know the value of time and understand its
importance in order to use it carefully. Each and every important task has a deadline and to be
completed at a particular time, which can be done only with the effective and proper
management of time. Effectiveness in time management helps in completing the task or work as
per planned according to the planning or organisation. The tasks assigned in form of projects,
assignments, group studies and extra circular activities are done by effective management of time
with careful planning and execution of it.
A student should make the most use of time in order in order to execute effective work with
proper management of time. Time management is very beneficial as it enhances the skills and
productivity of students while executing their tasks or assignments (Succi and Canovi 2020). It
is very beneficial for a student to manage time in order to get productive results. There are
various benefits of time management which are mentioned below:
 It helps in completing and achieving the tasks on required time. There is much load on
the students in present time with addition of more subjects, so management of time is
very essential in completing more work in less time.
 It helps in preventing delay of any tasks or work assigned with prioritising important
work to be done on time.
 It enhances the productivity of students with increase and improvement in their skills,
which enables them to work according to the scheduled time.
 It even reduces the pressure, anxiety and stress among the students with aid of effective
management of time.
 It also leads to encourage the students which helps in boosting their confidence with
fulfilment of task and execution of high quality work.
 Effective management of time helps the students to work smarter rather than harder
enabling them to complete the task on time.
The importance of time management in order to execute successful study of students is by
allowing the students to know the value of time for effective execution of work done by them.
Students can manage their time by pre planning of the task or work assigned to them which will
enable them to have an idea about the time taken in completing their work. This pre planning
with effective and resourceful sources will help the students in completing their work on

scheduled time with less effort. A students should smartly pre plan his work or task with time for
extra circular activities which may enhance his skills and creativity level. This may also help
them in reducing or completely removing the pressure or anxiety that is involved in
accomplishing the task on required time (Wu and Lei 2022) . Therefore, a student should
understand the value of time with role of effective management of time is very essential and
important in the life of a student for completion of tasks, activities or work on required scheduled
time.

From the above report, it is concluded that Time management plays an important role in the life
of a student as it helps in analysing and evaluating time with effective management of the tasks
or work done by the students. A student should understand the value of time as it never stops for
anyone and runs at its own pace. An effective time management also helps in reducing stress or
pressure among the students with execution of smart work. Therefore, if students needs to work
on time then they should work according to the pace by enhancing their productivity which may
help in executing effective results with proper time management.
