For achieving success in personal and professional life as well effective maintenance of e
both. I would like to set targets to reach out them within upcoming 6 to 12 months which would
be helpful for my personal and professional development (McLeod and Julia, 2014). In this
regard, I wish to improve my skills and working abilities in more effective ways. However,
some essential tools are required to be used for these skills and proper balancing. In addition to
this, personal and business goals are to be set for accomplishment can express as below:
Increasing punctuality towards any task accomplishment in determined specific time.
Following on smart plans to develop personality and improving skills at higher level
(Swain, 2016).
Learning problem solving skills and reducing issues occurred at the workplace.
Enhancing working abilities and more comparability towards work and team building on
large scale.
Getting more aware with current and business affairs going on in market for accepting the
latest trends.
Enhancing learning abilities for improving quality of work and getting assurance towards
them efficiently.
Thus, above mentioned targets are set for increasing working capacities and effective
team building as well personal and professional lifestyles. It will be helpful for enhancing my
living and life standards. Moreover, through working upon these objectives, different skills can
be improved such as; communication, problem solving, adaptability towards new environment
and so on (Silverman, Kurtz and Draper, 2016). In addition to this, I can learn to create good
