INTRODUCTION
The sharing of the information between the individuals is
called communication. The sharing of concepts, ideas,
behaviours, imaginations and written concepts are
included in the sharing.
The sharing process of information that includes two
parties and the message is easily shared as well as
understood is called effective business communication.
The effective communication is necessary for the
company’s success.
Good communication boosts the performance of the
employees at the workplace. Workplace communication is
important for streamlining the internal communication.

Sender: The communicator is the one who initiates the conversation and has some
concept that is intended to be conveyed it to other.
Encoding: The sender start with encoding the idea in the form of words or non-verbal
methods like signs, symbols, body gestures, etc.
Message: After the encoding process the sender gets the message that he intended to
convey. Communication channel: The sender chooses the medium for transferring the
message to the receiver
Receiver: The receiver is the one who was the target for getting the message (Guffey
and Loewy, 2021).
Decoding: The decoding of the message is done by the receiver in the best possible
way. The effective communication is attained only if the receiver gets the message in
the same way it was intended by the sender.
Feedback: Feedback is the final step and the process makes sure that the message is
received by the receiver and the interpreted in the same manner as that intended by
the sender.
