Introduction
Research supports in facing problems and issues
with understanding in real life situation. Through
research, new information or knowledge added
and sometimes information gathered helps in
solving a critical problem. The research is very
much relevant in practice because it helps in
reducing failure by considering past reports on
failure and application of measures to avoid such
failure in practice.

PECO Strategy
Population – Autistic children
Intervention – Giving behavioral and speech
therapy
Comparison – Alternative to the behavioral and
speech therapy is medical treatment like giving
medicines to improve the strength of brain or
shock treatment to active brain cells.
Outcomes – The behavioral and speech therapy is
effecting in helping Autistic children in learning
and behaving well in society

Study Selection
The reason behind selecting PICO rather than
PECO is absence of factor which can affect the
whole study. There’s no exposure factor present in
case or topic; thus intervention of available
method to test the result on object has been used.
Intervention is tested to get an idea about whether
the experiment get success or not.

Result
The result of final outcome after giving behavioral
and speech therapy indicates that it improves the
behavior and speech recognition of Autism
effected children. It helps affected children to
communicate both verbally and nonverbally. This
method also develops conversational skills within
children and also helps them in exchanging ideas
with others. Techniques used in this methods
includes Electronic talkers, Signing and using
sounds to which a person is over or under
sensitive to expand and compress speech sounds.
