1. Introduction:
BIS or Business Information System organizes and analyses business information with the
help of technology (Bonde et al., 2014). Here concepts from information and management systems
are blended with computer science and engineering.
To understand the effectiveness of business information systems, project on Collin’s Parking
at Melbourne, Australia is chosen. The following study includes system vision document, needed
resources along with stakeholder map and risks of the project.
2. System Vision Document:
