This report investigates the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the emotional well-being of adults, focusing on the Indian context. The data analysis section presents findings from a survey, including demographics, and responses related to anxiety, lockdown experiences, and coping mechanisms. Key findings reveal increased anxiety levels, varied experiences during lockdown, and the use of activities like cooking to manage emotions. Statistical analysis, including Chi-square tests, is used to explore relationships between variables.
