The concept of globalisation came into existence during the 1600 when three events were
became popular for their occurrences (Humphreys, 2017). The first one was the Eastern origin
which depicts the ways and manner in which western states have modified and enforced
scholarly principles from the east. The second one was the need for interaction in which
emphasis was given on the lacks of interaction between different states and certain policies has
been developed through which the communication and interaction became possible. For this, the
technologies were began to establish and advancement in the same helped in overcoming the
challenges. The third and last one was one was interdependency, regularity and stability. This
places emphasis, that if one state will be dependent on another then there will be proper sharing
of resources and thoughts.
The globalisation is highly beneficial for the organisations and the country because it
helps in establishing the coordination between the national and international market.

Furthermore, this will enhance the free trade because of less control by the government over the
trade. Thus, the process of globalisation will help in boosting the sale which will impact the
economic growth of the country in a favourable manner (Hanefeld, 2015). This helps in
maximising labour productivity and minimises the capital output ratio. This further helps in
attracting international resources and technologies and with this, the country can make use of
advanced technologies and resources. On contrary, there are certain limitation for globalisation
which will have unfavourable impact on the organisation. Through globalisation, the local
market of the country is suffering a lot and concentration of wealth and income lies with the
richer poor. The maximisation of imports is more than the exports which further leads to the
trade deficits and improper BOP. With the globalisation, the advanced technology has been
spread between different countries which has proven to be loss of jobs for many people because
the organisations are leaving the labour intensive technique of production and attracting the
capital intensive techniques.
Globalisation has a huge influence in health care organisation. This means that with the
globalisation, the services and products of the health care organisations will also improve. They
will be able to provide better and more effective treatment to their patients. The customers or
patients are the people who are most affected by this. They are affected in a positive manner.
When globalisation occurred then the health care organisations are able to know the
advancement in technologies (Baum, 2016). Through this, the patients are given better services
and treatments because the new and innovative technologies are being used which helps in
development of the health care sector. For instance, earlier the patients have to wait for 2-3 days
to get the diabetes reports but with new technologies, the result is generated within a seconds.
But at the same time, globalisation creates a problem of health care. Due to the movement of
people between different countries, several other communicable diseases are transmitted which
can create severe infectious problem. In future, the services of health care will be improved due
to the globalised resources and equipments.
