The smart phone addiction is turning to be reality and is an important distraction. Human
beings are guilty of that. As the alarm goes off, people instinctively reach for phone. As the feet can
hit the floor, they check the weather, respond to various emails and read news.
The phones distract people from vital moments and ruin the capability to stay at present.
Here, the necessity to stay constantly entertained and be informed make people attacked to that tiny
screens. Here, the reason is people human beings are designed to be constantly connected to truth
and reality and not only just information. Besides, they distract people from others. It is seen that
before cell phones, as the conversations paused the human beings utilized for waiting in silence.
People must be sitting in awkward way apart from escaping to the app (Mendoza et al.). At the
present day, as the friend go out for the dinner, break in their conversation results in pulling the
phones. People have turned to be accustomed towards multitasking to the extent that people are
losing links with real world. Human beings must utilize smartphones along with loving people and
never love the phones along with using others. Time spent over the social networks are also
developing quickly.
As per the Global Web Index, people can spend more than a couple of hours every day in the
social media networks on the average. This additional time is been facilitated through apps and
smartphones. Obviously, this is more complex. The staffs gets distracted through the web browsers,
shopping sites, messaging apps, smartphones and numerous social networks that are beyond
Whatsapp and Facebook. Here, more alarming things is that the concern is increasing fast and worse
(Horberry et al.).

The current day students who are without hones are seen to perform better in various areas.
Furthermore, they have been writing down 62% more information with their notes and can recall
more data in details from the class. Besides, they have scored full letter grade-and-a-half greater over
the MCQ exam than people who are seen to be more active in mobile phones (Hashmi et al.). For the
drivers, there are vital distractions. The activities need drivers to take the eyes off their road. Here,
for instance the drivers can look at the smartphone to check the location over the navigation
application. Then there are manual distractions. The activities results the driver to move way the
hands from steering the wheel. Apart from this there is the cognitive distraction. This is a
psychological distraction diverting the attention of people from the driving. The worker for instance
driving to the client meet might think about the presentation of sales instead of the traffic present in
front (Eid and Fikri).
It must be conclude by saying human beings must utilize phone along with loving others.
People have invented new tools such as smart phones to get connected with the others and perform
good work. Apart from that the resources that people have naturally must never distract from
moments and the others who are there in the lives.
