The contribution of the ultra-processed food in the diet is generally associated with different
nutrition that affects the body in a varied way and makes it prone to several chronic as well as
non-communicable diseases. If there is almost ten percent increase in the overall consumption of
packaged snacks, white bread, meals which are ready to heat, cereals sugary, drinks that are fizzy
and other confectionaries, then it will lead to the increase of death by 14%. There are several
new organizations that are coming up with new ideas for making ultra-processed food. They are
making it so attractive and tasty that consumers are getting attracted to the food. The other
reasons behind this are that they are ready to eat and save a lot of time of the consumers who are
less willing to cook. These have made several problems related to the increase in the obesity rate.
There are many countries which are facing the issues of overweight and obesity. These are
generally becoming a dominant part of the global food system and are selling products mainly in
the middle-class countries rather than in the high upper-class countries.
Obesity is one of the big problems that are associated with the heavy consumption of such ultra-
processed food. This is because the fat in these diets are un-dissolvable and are stored as body
fat. This is a huge disadvantage in leading a healthy life. This is because of gallbladder, diabetes,
gallstones, Osteoarthritis, gout, berating problems, and so on. Therefore, it can be said that such
issues can lead a human being to death slowly. This is because an individual will start taking
medicine and side effects of chemical medications can abnormal the other body functions of an
individual (Sahabandu et al. 2016).
It can be said that there are several micronutrients which are provided in the ultra-processed
food. There are often different micronutrients that are often ignored in our daily diet. But in such
ultra-processed food, there is a different micronutrient present. It is like there are diseases like
kidney cancer, which is relevant to both men and women. It is caused due to smoking, obesity,
taking up too many chemicals like asbestos, Benjamin is some common types of chemical which
makes problems. The tumors in the kidney cells are either malignant or non-malignant. In the
case of malignancy, the tumor cells quickly burst and speared into other parts of the body. Renal
Cell Carcinoma is considered as one of the most aggressive forms of cancer. There are several

symptoms that are associated with such cancer like back pain, weight loss, abnormal blood
counts are the common symptoms (Bagle et al. 2017).
I have experienced these diseases closely; this is because my father died of Renal Cell Sarcoma.
He started having huge back pain, he was losing weight by to 2 to 3 kg every day, and the sound
system also got affected. There were no previous symptoms which could have helped us, in
diagnosing him at an early stage. When being diagnosed properly, he had to deal with two
operations along with that chemotherapy was provided, but we could not save him.
In the previous research done in the institution of Dr. Rath’s Foundation, it has been found that a
specific mixture of micronutrient that includes vitamin C, lysine, extraction of green tea, proline
is the enzymes that block the degradation of collagen which is also known as matrix
metalloproteinases (MMPs). This is generally considered as significant in the spreading of
cancer. The combination and the production of TIMPs, generally are involved in the further
blocking of cancer. Likewise, some of the micronutrients are essential in the blockage of such
diseases (Arora, 2015).
The deficiency of Vitamin C poses different kinds of diseases to a human being such as heart
disease, cardiovascular problems, and so on. Strokes and heart diseases often lead to sudden
deaths. This is because at such instances there is blockage which starts taking place. This
blockage distracts the passing of blood to the heart and makes several problems. Therefore, there
is a proper need for essential vitamins and minerals to lead a healthy lifestyle and stay away from
diseases. This is the basic part that is being conveyed in Dr. Rath's Journal of research.
Therefore, it can be said that maintaining health is the most important aspect that one needs to
check every day. Starting from having a proper diet to physical exercises and all other activities
to keep feet is a necessary element. There are generally 17 million deaths every death of lungs
disease. These kinds of blockage are due to obesity, fatty diet; which generally increases the
level of cholesterol, and this fat accumulates in the blood obstructing the normal blood flow
(Ectors, 2016). There is a need for cutting down of fatty diet from the regular food that is in
taken to make the cholesterol level low. This should be done by the identification of the specific
diet that should be kept and the other that should be discarded. This is because the intake of
medicine could have different other side effects and can make a person or an individual injured

in several other aspects. There are Atherosclerotic plaques, which are a primary part of the
coronary arteries, which are rather than the overall 60,000 miles of the system in the vascular
entities (Pogonowska et al. 2019).
There are several types of research done on Dr. Rath’s Journal of research, the diseases that
occur which are chronic, communicable, or non-communicable diseases are most of the time
related to the insufficiency of Vitamin C. These damages generally trigger in the process of
biological repair with the cholesterol-carrying lipoproteins deposit in the artery walls which are
basic of the biological form of mortar. This are also effective in the lipoprotein which are related
to vitamin C. Therefore there is an observable relationship between the internal productions of
vitamin C that protects an individual form the integrity of the blood vessels which are done when
there is a lack of vitamin C and also in the development of different injuries (Dr.Rath Health
Foundation NGO, 2003).
The specific research journals use the mimicking of the human metabolism that is critical in the
aspect. This can be due to the lack of proper production of vitamin C. It includes in the
confirmation of the specific deficiency that are related to the indefinite production of vitamin C.
The research results show that supplementing with Vitamin C effectively reduced level of the
Lp(a) and kinds of other factors of risk that are most common in the heart attacks or strokes that
take place very often (Kim et al. 2015).
Therefore, an individual should identify the right kinds of nutrients and the micronutrients that
are necessary for the reduction of different types of diseases. It is an important part of the overall
dietary process that is subjected to be transparent so that an individual does not face conditions
that at times, becomes incurable. At the first part, it is mentioned that ultra-processed food leads
us to different kinds of health diseases, and the rate of ultra-process food intake has been
increased in recent days. These increase consumptions are due to the attraction that the food
offers and makes a human being parallel and prone to such food habits (Akbar et al. 2018).
There are different kinds of preservatives used to store such food for some long time. These are
much more dangerous to the body. It can be said that homemade foods are best for an individual
if there are specific nutrients and micronutrients present in a proper amount. This is because

kidney cancer or any other cancer or cardiovascular diseases. Identification of such diseases at an
early stage can help the doctors in providing the antidote that can block the spreading of such
cells at a higher rate. Therefore, an individual should be aware of the slightest abnormality he or
she notices regarding health. This will make a proper identification of the problems and will
create awareness in the overall individual health status.
