Technology plays important part in any business and globalization has highly impacted to
adopt new types of system in firm which increase quality, efficiency and productivity of work.
National Health services in United Kingdom highly focusing on reaching to patient timely and
dealing properly. Population again increasing and it become difficult for firm to tackle all on
time and hence innovation can only be option for firm to make quick changes in system and
increase efficiency, quality and productivity of work. It is government run organisation and
hence before implementation of any changes need permission and funds from them which takes
longer time and hence dependency become on of the main barrier in growth of firm. ehealth
innovation require trainee and skilled workers which firm facing shortages. It is impossible to
prepare work in difficult time because medical is one of the difficult business which require
proper skill otherwise it can directly effect on person’s life. There are number of new technology
that introduce by medical industry wireless health and sensors, medical imaging, healthcare
information systems, mobile connectivity, social networking, sensors and wearable’s,
gamification, electronic health records, big data, health information technology, health analytics,
and digitized health systems. Information and communication technology is adopted by Nation
health care services but because workers more addicted to traditional method and hence it
become difficult for firm to implement properly (Ward and et.al., 2020). However, human
resource management of firm recruiting youth which can readily for changes and hence
contribute in achieving higher goals on time by adopting new technology (Ghufron and Saleh,
2016).
Financial pressure on organisation by such changes is another reason where is lacking
because in United Kingdom technology quick changes and it become difficult to replace old one.
After BREXIT, there are number of technology advance machines that come from Europe price
hikes which create difficult for investing them as well as prepare for upcoming challenges and
opportunities. Most of private firm in the country in the country increase investment on
technological changes which increase output with quality. It also help in increasing customer

digitalisation in technology and firm is still stuck to tradition method of managing record
(Cumming, Lai and Cho, 2016). There are number of rules and regulation that are adopted by
United Kingdom for health care’s system but it inspire from traditional methods which become
barrier in growth of firm. Most of people making policies and procedure related to ehealth care
innovation are not from medical background which again effect on adoption of new technology.
Patients in country welcome new changes easily and it is important firm to focus on changing
system and requirement of patient.
Organisation has emphasizes on adopting system which can emphasizes on sustainable
development off business rather than support present changes. There are number of ehealth care
innovation in country but management of firm evaluate each one before investing which help in
selection of best technology for work and hence increase efficiency, quality and productivity of
work. Training and development programs are created by firm in order to prepare workers for
future changes. Human resource management of company take suggestion, opinion and feedback
from stakeholders related to services of firm which help in making quick changes and resolve
problems that occur in business. It is also trying to make changes as per rules and regulation of
country which help in providing services on time. Supply chain management system of
organisation continuously improving which help in reaching customer timely and diagnoses
them effectively. Organisation decrees dependency Europe for exporting technological product
which decrease cost and increase financial condition of country. GPS system has been updated in
all ambulance which helps in reaching customer timely and increase expenditure of firm.
Customer care system has is helping patient timely in any situation which again increase good-
will of firm in front of others. Transaction machines are changing and new plan of organisation
is to more focus on cash less which improve work process and patient cannot wait for long hours
for example: Firm use Google-pay method for sending and accepting money which is secure and
safe. Nation health services highly protected by CCTV and other effective security modern
technology which protect workers, patient from any upcoming danger such as thief can easily be
identify with the help of it. Ageing population which required immediate treatment can highly
benefit advance technology system and hence it highly supporting growth of firm in changing
business and increasing profit share of firm.

PART 2 – REFLECTIVE WRITING
I have learn so many skills from this module which can help me in future endeavours
such as I am able to understand the way in which Harvard reference is taken from internet and
citation is done on report. In the beginning I was not able to understand why making course in
such as way that cannot benefited students. After certain time able to identify importance of
various topics are provided by lectures and way in which help in my career. There are number of
professional skills that improved during lectures such as communication level was very poor
which improved from university (Saeed and et.al., 2020). I am blessed with excellent teacher
which noted very and suggest me way in which it can be improved. Able to enhance my
communication skills by analysing where I am lagging for example my writing and way of
representation was wrong which impacted by YouTube lesson that I watched. Most of the time
faces various types problems related online searching but after taking help from friends was able
to make changes enhance it and hence my performance level rises for the skill. Note taking was
another quality that I developed during the module which help me in exam time and increase
percentage. I use various types of colour, highlight heading and use bullet point when I am not
talking and hence creative structure with improved writing can easily be understand by anyone
and I also share my junior by sharing it. Read lesson in advance and hence able to co-op with
Professor. In the beginning of semester not able to manage time because of new course and
lesson and hence my personal life highly effected and even able to meet family for more than
3months. One of my senior notice this issue and told me that he also suffered from same
problems and describe the way to overcome such scheduling task, early wake up so that day
become longer and everything work according to plan. One of the best qualities that developed
during classes is team work for example: most of students are international and hence diverse
culture is created and working with them for various project effectively increase my experience
which will help in corporate life. I am able to understand that people have different ideology but
working in team need to improve listening skill and support each other so timely project can be
completed with quality work (Ghufron and Saleh, 2016). I was not good person which can easily
influence people for work but during this module able to develop leadership quality which
idolised myself in front of others. Technical skills highly improved during university lectures as
semester focus on developing this quality by providing industrial experience. I have visited many
companies and meet to management as well as leaders which increase my contact and in future

able to take help from it. These skills help me when I will join a company for example: able to
reach higher post by leadership and problem solving quality.
