Executive Summary
Our business target is the residential people with a view to provide them repair
services starting from electrician, plumber, mechanics, car wash, different types
of labor up to transportation facilities for moving goods while shifting houses and
offices.
Our objective is to provide better quality service based on individual financial
ability as well as meeting their desired service. We will create a services
database of the labors and provide them ratings accordingly and have it
displayed to the user. Any competitor in the local market provides services in a
defined duration; say 8am to 10pm. Our plan is to beat the competitor is by
providing 24 hours services 7 days in a week. Customer satisfaction is the key.
We will have a localized call centre with 24 hours availability and trained
representatives to take care of each customer individually. To make our data
base even richer service representative will be given an option to rate the
customers based on their experience. The customers however will be able to
share their experience with other users by writing small reviews of each service
representative.

Company Background
Often for Dhaka city dwellers, simple tasks such as hiring an electrician can be a
hassle. First of all, there is a problem with security. People don’t want to let an
unknown person walk into their houses. Second issue is the quality of the service.
No one wants to overpay–or worst case: pay twice– to fix the same thing. We
wanted to solve this household problem for Dhaka dwellers by creating a single
platform for hiring service professionals.
eHome service platform of Bangladesh is going to solve day-to-day household
problems. eHome provides one stop solution for different services like electrical,
plumbing, cleaning, laundry, pest control, car servicing, computer or mobile
service, lift/generator maintenance and many more.
All the service providers in eHome’s platform will be highly skilled and their
backgrounds will be verified by eHome’s own quality control team. With an aim
to provide convenience, eHome’s platform will be open 7 days a week and 24
hours a day.
