management can be seen on the time management as well. On this context it can be stated that
the data management in the health care setting is one of the factor which can be marked as
important and it should be considered with priority. Hence, a health care informaticist should be
focusing on the improvement of the process of the data management. On this context it can be
seen that the process of the health care data management has been done with the help of the
paper works and it has many flaws (Ziebell et al., 2019). Hence, the adaptation of the electronic
health care record (EHR) will be helpful in the management of the information in a better way.
In the following section the current situation of the health care data or the record management
and the effectiveness of the new process adaptation will be discussed in detail way.
Situation Analysis
It has been seen that the health care data management is very much required with the
consideration of the medical record management of the patients. It is helpful in various ways
such as the research and knowledge development about critical cases, analyzing the condition of

data management should be changed from the hardcopy or the paper works from the EHR based
process. Thus, on this context it has been found that the EHR is the most advanced process of the
data management and it has been adapted in many health care entities. The factor of the EHR
adaptation would be helpful in the time and the workflow management as well. Hence, it can be
stated that the process of the EHR implementation is required in the Chicago health centre for the
improvement of the data management (Premarathne et al., 2016). On this context it can be stated
that this technology should be incorporated in this health care facility and this would be helpful
