32mg mane, Panadol osteo 1330gm TDS, Glucovance 250mg/125mg BD, Sertraline 50mg nocte
and Aspirin 100mg mane.

walk in Community Park with ladies of her age group which make her healthy. Moreover, the
children of patient should make her feel cared and supported which improve her emotion, moral,
spiritual and psychological state properly.

patient should encourage participating in community gatherings and festivals. It includes the
criterion of organising social program or event by daughter or son of Mrs Eileen Poole for
formulating healthy relation of neighbourhood along with establishing environment of mutual
understanding in community. It will facilitate to gain support of neighbourhood and build health
environment that is favourable for patient to improve better health condition and quality of life
(Ohama and Fukui, 2020).
