Eisenhower's Tasks Urgency Chart
According to this chart all activities will be divided into four task such as important and
urgent, important but not urgent, not important but urgent, not important and not urgent. This
help in maintaining time balance between all activities that is to be performed by Krystyna's.
Important and Urgent tasks:- In this those activities will be included that are of highest
priority as for Krystyna's checking student's portfolio is important as compared to other task.
Important but not Urgent:- In this long term task is provided but do not have deadline.
Washing clothes is improtant but there is no deadline for washing it on given period of time.
Not important but Urgent:- This is related to appoint another person for completing task on
time (Dabell, 2018). Checking feedback and Instagram is not much important so for that other
person can be appointed for completing it.
Not important and not Urgent:- In this those task are included that are not important as well as
not urgent and it is placed in delete quadrant in the chart. Doing shopping is not important and
urgent too so that can be put in delete quadrant. Therefore, this chart help in managing activities
that is to be performed by Krystyan's.

Ways for saving time
There are different ways such as utilizing every moment that help in performing task
effectively and efficiently. Doing strategic planning also help in saving time for the future.
Making daily to-do list that help in managing all activities of a particular day and help in saving
time. Working in a team also help in saving time as task is being completed fast as more
members are involved in it. Proper planning is being done that help in evaluating performance as
well as completing task on given period of time (Kirillov and et. al., 2015). Doing multitasking
work at a time also help in managing time as more than one task is being performed. Avoiding
unproductive meetings that is not useful so that through this time not get wasted and can be used
for another purpose in the future course of action.
