INTRODUCTION
Health plays a vital role in the life of every individual, it is necessary to take the proper care of
health in order to do live life with great happiness and efficiency. There are many types of
health issues faced by the people belonging to the older age background. The people of the old
age need proper care in terms of the physical as well as the mental aspects (Steptoe et al.,
2015). There are a certain set of solutions through which the older people can live the happy
life such as by introducing the activities in their daily life which gives them relaxation would
control the mental stress which serves as the home for many diseases such as blood pressure,
heart attack. If the elder people are disabled than the task or the activity should be provided by
which they feel happy and find themselves capable of doing the work with their own will
(DeNora, 2016).

Health in the life of every individual serves as an important asset, as it serves as the base of
living. The term social can be defined by the combination of the various elements such as the
cultural factors, economic factors, environmental factors, social factors. It serves to be an
approach in terms of the community which helps in identifying the diseases and the sickness
caused by the diseases (Chen et al., 2016). The social factors mainly focus on the policies,
increment towards the health, education. The social model with respect to the care of older
people with disabilities can be defined on the basis of the 5 major principles, defined as:
A- Its aim is to focus upon the address such as the social and economic status of the
person, location in which the physical environment is defined.
R- Its defines to serve every person of the society as the equal individual which will is
not being discriminated on the basis of the color, gender, and the physical locations.
E- It defines the empowerment factor where the individuals and the communities have
