This report is to give a progressive analysis on the various activities which the Sarahana
Construction Company would proposed for stage, (6 & 7) in line with the proposed Elderly
village constructions project. In essence, this report is submitted with reference to all previous
sections which have been submitted on sections such as (1,2,3,4 &5) respectively. All the
analysis in this reported are presented with respect to the documentation approval acts and the
overall Architect instructions at this phase. Moreover, this report aims at establishing all the
necessary approaches and consultations which need to be considered and reworked on in order to
enable the commencement of proposed Elderly village construction project. Thus, this report will

Executive Summary
This report mainly outlines and appraises all the developmental stages which are required in the
implementation of Elderly Village construction project proposal. The project is to be carried out
near Adam Street, Victoria by Sarahana Construction Company. All the considerations which
should taken into account;
Appraising all the documentation steps taken when developing the approval
Selecting a appropriate and viable procurement method to be used in the construction
proposal
Furthermore, the project construction stages such as the initiation, construction and completion
phases can also be in evaluating the entire process from the documentation level to the overall
detailed and design analysis. Moreover, this study also focuses on establishing all the legal
considerations and implications as well as their applications which need to be considered and
apply in this project. Subsequently, the stakeholders’ services and considerations in the pre-
construction stage is also procured and evaluated in this report. The report mainly prepared with
references to all the code and principles which regulates the construction processes in Victorian
State alongside the building regulations.

Company History
The Sarahana Construction Company developed in 2010, and this was under the
partnership between the way blotch Construction Company and Shrine architects. There are
specific factors which led to the formation of the company. For instance, the desire to raise the
profit margin by providing construction and design services in a variety of packages being the
primary activity and heritage. For many years the company has offered commercial
infrastructure and residential services in many geographical regions such as Australia. The
services that were provided by the company included the design and construction services,
building and construction services and project management services and they achieved the
provision of the above services using technical expertise and advanced skills. However, the firm
currently deals with the design and constructs the system, and it also shares the different
workloads among the partners.
Mission Statement
The mission of the company is to offer different customers with high-value construction
services through building a strong partnership in the course of the delivery process. It is the duty
of the firm to services to the clients, and this will involve ensuring that the quality of work done
