Executive summary
The project report addresses and embarks on the need and requirement of the positive

organizational culture that can support in the business concerns to ensure systematic and

enhanced level of operations. Further provided the varied benefits that can be derived by the

authorities of the concerned business have been elaborated for proper and better understanding.

In addition the project work has highlighted on the varied aspects related or associated with the

globalization so that a better and suitable position can be attained by the business organizations

in the global arena. Apart from that the report has elaborated varied and altered suggestions for

further enlargement.

Week 3- Activity 1-
Corporate culture and strategy
The main focus that was made in week 3 was with respect to the need of the positive work

culture that is to be observed and implemented within an organization. This has supported in the

advancement of the knowledge of all the parties associated with the business. The activity that

was conducted during the session in the concerned week highlight that every organization

working or operating on a large, medium or small scale must have proper culture within the

working patterns so that to attain better and appropriate effectiveness and efficiency in the

overall work patterns.

Further provided the activity highlights on the proper allocation of the responsibility by the

suitable authority in charge so that the entire workforce can focus on the proper and smooth

functioning of all the activities leading to the enhanced level of productivity and operations. The

concerned fact that was discussed supported in the ascertainment of the varied methods and ways

to perform a particular task or event. Further provided this has also supported in the selection of

the best option to perform a task by having all the positive and negative aspects so that a better

decision can be obtained leading to the accomplishment of the goals and objectives that are

associated with the business concerns (

The activity further provided a deep focus on the aspect that with the positive culture prevailing

in the organization the management of the varied business whether operating on a large, medium

or small scale can tend to bring suitable coordination and order among all the departments and
persons working in the organization leading to the integration of the efforts of all the individuals

in the desired direction.

However, while going through the subject matter there were altered issues that were acting as a

tool of hindrance. Some of the factors that were evaluated in this respect were the frequent

changes dominating in the en
vironment of the market, variations in the policy structure of the
competitors, variations in the demands of the customer, variation in the interest of the parties

associated with the business concern
(Agarwal&Garg, 2012).
As such at the completion of the session and the activity it was concluded that it is prerequisite

that the management of the varied business concerns conduct their activities taking into

consideration the changes dominating in the environment so that it can be conformed as per the

working of the company leading to a positive work climate which in turn can support in

attainment of the better position.

Week 2- Activity 2- Eras of Globalization

The prime parameter that was discussed in the activity conducted in week 2 was in relation to a

broad term recognized as “Globalization”. The activity highlights the varied deviations that

emerge while dealing with the aspects and facts of globalization. Firstly the activity embarks a

proper knowledge on the meaning of the globalization that elaborates the assimilation of the

economy of the country at the global position.
With this aspect it was elaborated that the term
globalization has an extensive scope that needs to be managed by every form of business concern

operating whether
on a large, medium or small scale. This is mainly due to the fact that there are
series of deviations that are to be faced by the administration of the business concerns. Such

deviations tend to be a barrier in the success of the company at global market arena (

2012
).
In addition the activity addresses that the business concern must focus on the effective

enhancement of the skills and expertise of its entire workforce, effective medium of

communication among varied sectors operating in the organizations, enhanced transportation

services etc. This will ensure that all the activities and events can be conducted in an orderly

manner. In addition the activity comes up with a great question that why there is a need that
globalization must be accurate. For the purpose varied opinions were obtained that were different

in some or other aspect. However, it was analysed that there one common point that highlights

the term globalization mainly focus on the attainment of the better position in terms of the other

business operating in the environment (Agarwal&Garg, 2012).

At the end of the activity it was concluded that the term globalization is highly complicated and

is related to the varied factors that needs to be observed and managed in an appropriate manner

so that the business concern can manage their activities conforming to the needs of the external

environment (Lawlor&Hornyak, 2012).Further, it is essential that the business concerns properly

scan the environment so that varied positive factors can be grasped that can act as opportunity for

the business concerns leading to a better and effective growth.

Conclusion

From the argument provided above it can be concluded that the administration of the business

concerns must make proper efforts so as to motivate the entire workforce to act positively

leading to the enhanced level of operations which in turn can support in the attainment of the

goals and objectives.

Further the report work has provided for the varied and altered benefits along with the suitable

measures required with the understanding of the term globalization so that a strong and

successful position can be attained at global level. Further the report has provided suitable and

appropriate suggestions that can support in the better judgment on the subject matter leading to

elaborated activities.
