The present report initiates to provide personal statement on the behalf of a student who
is studying electric and electronic engineering. Therefore, the statement determine the reason for
selecting this topic and the future growth opportunities for the people who are considering
electric and electronic engineering for their major subject.
My name is XYZ and I am belongs from the electric and electronic engineering
background and I was very much interested towards this area as it recognised as the area where I
can explore my knowledge and ability in the area of electric and electronic engineering. Thus,
electric and electronic engineering is defined as the discipline which is mainly concerned with
the study, design and application of equipment, device and system that can apply electricity,
electronics and electromagnetisms. I was an average student in the school timing but I have my
major interest in the area of electronics as I love to know about the electronic products, its
specifications, how these are developed and created and so on. Thus, these things make me
appreciate to select electric and electronic engineering. Therefore, the major reason for selecting
this subject is that, it is a wider area which provides me in-depth idea about the electric and
electronic engineering areas which would be beneficial for me in gaining growth in my career. I
have studied engineering from the ABC college London. There were many subjects in my course
work but I have my major interest in the area of electric and electronic engineering and I wanted
to know about the subject area and wants to develop my career in the same field. I have select
ABC College in London because it is very much famous for its HND courses and the
management of the college is also supportive in gaining idea about the course and its benefits for
the future perspective. As per my observation this is the best choice for me to take admission
within ABC College in London, thus the college has provided me the best knowledge and idea
about the subject manner and pushing me ahead to become an engineer. Therefore, this subject,
explore recognition about all the aspect of electronic products, how these are manufactured,
design, develop. After completion of the graduation I can easily be seeking for job within the
electronics filed as an electrical engineer so further I can be able to design, develop, test, and
supervise the manufacture of electrical items, likewise electric motors, radar and navigation
systems, communications systems, or power generation equipment and so on. Thus, gained
practical and theoretical knowledge will be significant for me in exploring my career
development in the engineering field and with the support of the professionals feedback from the

college assistance I can make appropriate improvement in my weak areas and attained growth to
become the part of an electrical company or business.
