Introduction:
An electric vehicle is one of pressing need in daily life. Without transport system, human does
not communicate. An electric car is the new part of the enhancement of science. An electric
vehicle is also known as EV; it is used one or more than one electric motors. Electricity is a
critical part of running this vehicle. Electricity sources contained in the electric generator.
Battery, solar panels. This types of sources mainly converted fuel to electricity. In the middle of
the 19th-century, electric vehicle comes to the market. This electric vehicle provides the
passengers' comfort and safety as well (Mi and Masrur 2017). Some conventional transport
systems which are running in the road are an electric bus, electric bike and electric car. For the

points (Taefi 2016). For this reason it is too much time consuming for the passengers who travels
in a long distance in a short time.
Electricity Charges:
Electricity bills are raised in terms of electricity usage. When the car is charged by the electricity
or gas then the electricity bill is increased in more than 20 to 25%.
Charging Time:
Time is the biggest issues in the electrical vehicle because plug in systems is necessary to the
transportations charge. The owners mainly charged their car only their house. Minimum timing
of EV charging is 5 to 6 hours. When owner does not want to spend the huge timing for EV
charging so it is difficult to complete the fully charged transport.
Battery Longevity:
Battery cost is very much high but their longevity is depends on the how the user used this. Tesla
battery is basically high powered battery and it works in ten thousand to 20 thousands. But any
low standard battery which is not powerful but the users used this in a regular basis (especially e
bike and e car) so the battery warranty must be hampered.
Issues are challenging because some persons who are belongs to the backward economical
background it is difficult to spend huge money for Vehicle battery. Sometimes EV charging are
depends on the high and low electricity voltage rates. Low electricity voltage are reason of the
reducing of EV charging time. Average range of this electric voltage is 60 km to 80 km, suppose
the passengers are travels in long distance like 90 to 100 km then they try to arrange some
points (Taefi 2016). For this reason it is too much time consuming for the passengers who travels

emergency backup (Hannan et al. 2014). Sometime the backup are not available in the
emergency cases so it is also the biggest challenges of EV issues. Charging stations are also the
biggest issues of the EV. Electric vehicles are highly decorated systems. Sometimes trained
expert and charging stations are not available in roadside. Most of the charging stations are
available in the garages and homes that is the reason it is difficult to find the charging stations
apart from homes and garages.
Answer 2
Overcome the issues of EV:
When users are maintain some basic formula then they overcome the issues
Basically the users are plug in 3 pin socket for charging and the average maximum power supply
is 3 kilo watt. For this reason the charging time is very much high like 10 to 12 hours (Cuma and
Koroglu 2015). When the user install wall box then the charging time is becomes faster. One
basic difference is after installing the wall box the voltage supply is 7 to 20 kilo watt and
charging time also maximum 3 to 5 hours. Government also very much helpful for the wall box
installing. They introduced some scheme for the vehicle owners and started some discount offers
(up to 70%).
Government are trying to increase public charging center. This stations should be very much
modern and highly technical. The power supply of this charging systems is minimum 50 Kilo
watt. In a charging stations full charge is complete in just 30 to 45 minutes. So it is very much
helpful for the passengers and vehicle owners also.

Charging points should be very much superfast and modern as well. This charging points are
provide the power supply minimum 300 to 350 kW. National power grid center are observed at
the motorway network and finds at least 35 sites for the superfast charging.
Wireless road charging also the one significant points for overcome this problem. In this wireless
charging not needed the electrical plug in system. This system use just wireless network which is
connected to the vehicle motor supply. When the vehicles are suffering from the low charge then
start the charging procedure automatically. Wireless charging also provides the passenger safety
and it is very much helpful for enhancement of car manufacturing.
If government resolves the problems of battery rate. Then it is very much helpful for low and
middle class people. The cost of the battery is very much high and it is the biggest problem.
When the cost is reduce then every person are able to use EV.
Answer 3
Identify Stakeholder engagement:
Business enhancement are mainly depended on the strategies of stakeholders. Relevant stake
holders are very much helpful for development of electric vehicle. Central government and state
government are play important roles in this case. Electric vehicle are poses in threats and
opportunities both of different stakeholder. They are participate in the enhancement of emerging
EV systems. Basically it is learn about the potential negative impacts and positive impacts of this
systems on their basic interest (Nordelöf et al. 2014). According to the research some potential
rivalry are charging spot allocations, policies for plug in hybrid vehicles and electric
transportations, public recharging infrastructure tasks. Generally stakeholders do not concerned

about the short term investment and long term impact. The future of the best policies will be
important in order to the reliability and stability of market value.
For the battery productions the stakeholders follows two basic strategies like Medium term and
long term. Battery productions need to improve the cobalt battery which is improve the battery
density(Jiao 2016) .The medium terms are mainly originated to the NMC 6-2-2 and 8-1-1 which
are particularly leading manufacturers like LG, Panasonic, SK innovation, CATL. This
companies are working actively a high chemical commercial battery in a medium term contract

battery and fuel cells. These chemicals are high density and high power. It is mainly applicable
for the highly applicable of the future transport in terms of customer performance and
experience.
Electric vehicle market values for its shared business structure, first adopters models which will
play a biggest roe for EV improvement (Nykvist 2015). A total expenses of leadership analysis
over a duration of 10 to 12 years suggests that Electric vehicle provides an economic advantages
to the ride hailing companies (Dang et al.2014). Promising OEMs have started entering mobility
space partnership via Mahindra electric, Ola cab and stated the new platforms named general
motors. Autonomous, Connected, and shared features will started an important model in

The example of the stake holder in related to the EV are Government, Employees, Unions,
Customers, Investors, Communities, and Creditors. Government are plays very much roles in the
