the knowledge which encompasses the idea of cognitivism,
constructivism and heutagogy. The significance of lifelong
learning has been observed in the lives of adults of post-
secondary education. They can use lifelong learning for
improving the technical skill, social skills and professional

of education which is an optimal way of practicing the
exercising of lifelong learning and this includes “learning to
know”, learning to do”, learning to be” and lastly learning to
