I wish to convey my sincere interest in joining McIntyre electrical Ltd, a highly reputed

the job portal of Indeed. I firmly believe that I would bring significant value to the company
owing to my relevant certifications and vast experience in the field. I have heard a number of
good things about the company with regards to the quality of services provided, and this was
another reason that sparked my interest to join the organization and be a part of the brand.
I have managed to obtain a good amount of hands-on experience in the field of electrical and fire
protection services within the UK as I was previously working as an electrician with Roman
Electrical Ltd. in London and was an associate for over two years. I am confident regarding my
skills related to managing hardware and electrical equipments and have a good grasp over certain
domain specific technical knowledge that electrical testers typically require to possess.
In the context of my education, my A-levels were completed in Romania itself and my grades
were a B in General studies, a C in English and a C in Mathematics. However, I assure that my
language abilities, specifically relating to English have developed significantly over the past few

years owing to my prolonged exposure to the culture and native speakers while working at
Roman Electrical Ltd. In addition to my A levels, I also completed a certified course for
electricians in Romania at the technical school of Grup Scolar Holboca lasi. During my tenure at
my previous organization, I further managed to complete certain required accreditations within
the UK and these include the City & Guilds 2391 and the City & Guilds 2377. I qualified these
accreditation tests in a relative easy manner and attribute the same to my personal hands on
experience in the field during my two years of service. I also have a significant amount of
experience in terms of preparing NICEIC reports regularly, and I am also familiar with a number
of documentation software including the likes of Microsoft Office Suite and Rapid Miner. My
previous organization would also vouch for my competencies and abilities to work with utmost
safety and care both for personal well being and exposing the general public and property to
hazardous situations.
During my schooling days at Romania, I also undertook a host of internships and orientation
workshops to further sharpen my skills of performing the tasks of an electrician in the most
appropriate manner possible. The varied and diverse nature of experiences that I have managed
to accumulate over the years have largely shaped me as a person including my personal thought
processes and belief systems, and I believe that this would be a valued addition to the highly
reputed organization of McIntyre International Ltd.
In terms of my personal competencies and soft skills, I am of the opinion that I am an extremely
calm and patient person when compared to other individuals, and can handle situations of
pressure in a relatively composed manner. The job of an electrician can be extremely risky at
times owing to the presence of situations of danger and hazards relating to electrical and fire
mishaps. However, my vast range of experiences and mental competencies has benefitted my
career as an electrician significantly and I do not have any previous record that involves a large
scale accident or significant losses to my employer.
I have also developed my communication and analytical skills relatively well over the past few
years, and this has largely been a result of my exposure to individuals from diverse backgrounds
and ethnicities. The city of London is one of the most diverse cities across the world, and the
several interpersonal relationships that I managed to develop have provided me with a wider
perspective on how the world functions and why individuals behave the way they do. I believe

these soft skills are also extremely important with regards to establishing oneself within any
career, and the position of an electrician is no different. Typically, an electrical tester would have
to meet a number of clients on a daily basis, and the presence of efficient soft skills would
significantly ease that process and enable a speed delivery of services. Moreover, it would also
be directly correlated to the organizational reputation as well as the quality of customer service
that a brand provides, as the electrician would be fundamentally the link between the customer
and the organization.
In the context of my personal hobbies, I am an avid supporter of football and play as well on the
weekends. This has helped me maintain my physicality and ensure that i remain fit and healthy at
all times. I believe that physical well-being is an essential element within the context of
professional success, and this applies to sectors and industries irrespective of the scale of pay
involved or the nature and social strata of the individuals involved. I also indulge in playing a lot
of computer games as it has significantly helped me with sharpening my dexterity and skills of
analysis and reaction. Despite the social stigma that is associated with gaming and the
stereotyping of its association with immaturity and childishness, I firmly believe that computer
games are beneficial provided the user utilizes them in a beneficial manner and reaps its
advantages. I also enjoy fishing at the local lake, and this has largely helped me in developing a
calm demeanour and maintaining my mental composure. Fishing is one such activity that
requires a relatively high degree of concentration and focus, and this also benefits the
professional aspect of an individual. I also like to take myself on long drives, as it provides me
with a sense of peace and comfort and further assists my self-meditative process of developing a
personality that is calm and composed at all times despite the situational and contingent factors.
In today’s world where skills and personal competencies are more valued as compared to college
degrees and educational qualifications, I am strongly of the opinion that hobbies and interests of
an individual largely determine the professional competencies and skill sets.
I am certain that I would be a valuable addition to the organization of McIntyre Electrical Ltd.
and believe that the skill sets and experiences that I have managed to accumulate would be
beneficial to a large degree. The job of an electrical tester is relatively multi-faceted and diverse,
and includes a host of requirements apart from the technical information. Moreover, the
