various types of issues that are being faced by customers after using ERP system of an electronic
company. All the data has been analyse to categories every complaints as per the types of issues,
product family and CSR complaints (Fernie and Sparks, 2014).
Customer complaints:
It has been found that there are various types of issues which are being faced by
customers. The complaints has been sorted out by using excel sheet. This can be seen that the top
most issues are related with wrong quantity, products and other complaints.

has observed that company is retaining plenty of issues regarding these mentioned families. Out

It has been seen that there are various aspects that can be seen in electronic company is
that plenty of issues are related with CSR staffs those are working in that particular business
enterprises. It can be divided into 10 types (Rong, Akkerman and Grunow, 2011). From these ten
issues only P4, P2 and P6 has been determine as one of the highest rated complaints.

From the above chart, it has been found that most of the complaints are being observed
from P4 with 96, P2 is evaluating total number of 81 issues found with CSR. Whereas P6 is
having 78 number of complaints regarding the electronic data base systems.

Solutions and suggestions
There are various aspects that can be determine during the project evaluation. It has been
been seen that plenty of complaints are arises in electronic company regarding their products and
services that are being produce during the time. On the basis of all the information, necessary
suggestions will be provided to the company. Some of them are discuss underneath:
Modification in communication:
It has been seen that, the major issues is related with communication system that are not
able to satisfy customers needs and demand. Because of which they are having various issues.
Poor communication would be primary reason that can assist in entire system to face wide
number of challenges. Centralized warehouse management that can be integrate as most
important company resources. Under this particular system, frequencies of radio needs to
determine along with electronic products codes that play an eminent role in resolving various
issues. They would be essential to make control over product quantity, types and other effective
factors that are responsible for providing more specific outcomes.

Using inbound supply chain:
The primary value of supply chain are said to be receiving and warehousing of raw
material along with distribution to production as per their requirements. This seems to be more
specific strategic tools which will be study as internal firm activities. The associated issues can
be controlled through improving total size of containers, preparation and selection of 3pl
optimally. This is one of the effective ways to reduce total cost through making necessary
modification in stock holding and packaging methods.
Alteration in warehouse layout:
It is utmost important aspect which can affect total efficiency of any operational system.
An automated warehousing system would be right decision to replace current system of company
as these are not able to produce more positive outcomes for the company.
Outbound logistic network frame:
This can be seen that this particular network design is utmost important element of any
company supply chain management. This will assist department to get rid of any downfall arises
in the company.
CONCLUSION
From the above project report, it has been concluded that all issues that are being faced
by electronic company related with supply chain are been presented along with their best
possible results. This must be determine that every outcomes recommended should be procedure
of implementing corrective limitations. Supply chain should be liable to resolve all issues that
are related with product quantity, wrong items and product family.
