patients that affects the decision-making process (Campanella
et al., 2015).
Improves productivity and work-life balance.
Reduces cost and improves efficiency (Krousel-Wood et al.,
2017).

healthcare…
It enables the direct connection between two parties.
Improving patient service, it enhances productivity of
clinicians (Odekunle Florence, 2016).
Large healthcare systems have a vested interest in the
