INTRODUCTION Title: Project Management in Healthcare (Electronic
Medical Record).
Project management in Health care industry are the most challenging sector to ensure the

opportunity and growth. Present study will be based on Project management in Health Care
management in terms of Electronic Medical Records. Present Project management will be
presenting new release of the Software for electronics health records. Through which The Mount
Pleasant Hospital get significant new functionality to that which is currently provided. This
overall helps to change the management requirements for providing better services to patients.
Study will also cover the problem statement through implementing the new software to manage
the functions. Outcomes from the study will be given clear functionality to some key specialties
including cardiology and respiratory.

collection of patient records that helps to doctor to measure the overall background of the
patients in the digital format. It stores secure the large part of the data of the service users. In
order to fulfill the objectives or to identify the problem of the study it requires Project

This project management plan will be presenting the new software's and technologies to
fix the management stroke. The Mount Pleasant Hospital has different departments such as
Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, Diagnostic imaging and pathology located on site, social
work. It gives better environment growth to the company objectives. Overall process has been
