The review also covers user perceptions regarding design, technical issues, interoperability, and resource concerns, while acknowledging the positive impact of enhanced productivity and efficiency through electronic prescribing, as noted by Gagnon et al. (2014). Hogan-Murphy et al. (2015) emphasize the importance of team leadership and reliable resources for successful implementation, while Farre & Cummins (2016) stress the need for aligning established work processes with the system and organizational structure.
