Self-reflection
The subject of entrepreneurship is very vast in nature, however in this assignment I have tried
to cover many theoretical aspects in order to justify the business feasibility. Throughout the
assignments, it was learnt that conventional ways of conducting business activities would not
be successful any more, this is digital era and restricting of the business ensures the
integration between idea and latest technology in the market. I have conducted all the
business feasibility tests and survey via informal interview to ensure that the GOOD-UT has
the demand in the market. I have ensured that whatever topic I study and apply in the project,
I study it thoroughly. The GOOD-UT was analysed with the help of roadmap of opportunity
and roadmap of performance.
I am more likely to pursue a career as an entrepreneur in future. There are several motives
which make me to consider myself as a business-oriented person.
One of the major reasons is that I have been following industry leaders and business
personalities since my childhood. I consider Bill Gates as a role model for his innovativeness
and risk-taking capacity in new venture. Bill Gates was not performing extra ordinary in his
academics but he was observing the problems faced by end customers, hence he came to the
world with software which can adhere to customer pain areas and their requirement; and we
have Microsoft today.
As an ideal entrepreneur, I am creative, hardworking and innovative by nature. Since my
school days till today, people working or studying around me were dependent on me if any
unexpected problem arises at the place. I have been using my analytical and intuitive skills to

solve the existing problem. I have been fond of digital technology and I have been involved
in designing software application which has keywords algorithm to make me recall theories
of several subjects.
One thing which made me surprised is that it is easy to come up with the product and market
the same, but it is too difficult to break thru the profit margin and survive in the competitive
market. Everyday there are hundreds of firms which come up with the similar way of
conducting business in the market. But the one who gives unending effort to market and
anticipates the customer issues accurately can reach to the customer’s heart. It is difficult to
win the trust of the customer when you are new in the market. One small mistake can result
in to failure of big empire. If an existing product and services becomes out of fashion and
fails to cater to the needs of the customer, then it is essential to launch new products with
innovative features following technological methods and concepts.
I was under the impression that if I can deliver good services to the customers with varied
options available, these can be enough to launch a new business and acquire numerous clients
at substantial profit margin rates. But at the end of the semester I, realised that it is essential
to have fresh idea which helps an organisation achieve the objectives. If an existing product
and services becomes out of fashion and fails to cater to the needs of the customer, then it is
essential to launch new products with innovative features following technological methods
and concepts. The assignment enables me to assess many aspects of the business and develop
the capabilities to unfold the hidden challenges that would be posed by the business. Overall,
the assignment gave an opportunity on how to conduct the business in real-world scenario by
applying theoretical frameworks studied in university.
