Project
AI Summary
This research project investigates an action plan to eliminate workplace discrimination, fulfilling a unit requirement focused on independent inquiry and critical analysis. The student conducted both primary and secondary research, employing questionnaires for primary data collection from 12 respondents. Secondary research revealed the prevalence of workplace discrimination as a significant issue, contrasting with the initial hypothesis. A comparison of primary and secondary data revealed differences, with primary data aligning with the hypothesis and secondary data suggesting lower discrimination levels. The project evaluates the impact of demographic variables on research outcomes and assesses how the research might have differed if conducted years ago, especially with the use of technology. The conclusion highlights the difference in sample size between primary and secondary research, and the conflicting results obtained from both research methodologies. The project aims to provide insights into the complexities of workplace discrimination and action plan development.

How I carried out primary research
I have conducted primary research with the help of
a well structured questionnaire which was handed
over to 12 respondents.
It can be stated that the sample size for this study
was small yet effective as they have provided
useful and reliable information regrading
workplace discrimination

Evaluate how results of a similar piece of
research would have generated years ago
It can be stated that the in terms of demographics variables if
same number of males and females then the respond would have
been more fair and accurate. In the present study, there are
were more female respondents as compared to males. This has
affected results of this study to a great extent.
I the same research would have been generated years ago, then
technology would have assisted this research. There are
adequate information available which reflects high level of
discrimination at workplace.

Conclusion
It can be concluded that in the secondary data
appropriate sample size was considered compared to
the primary research in which the sample size was 12.
It is concluded that my hypothesis was not achieved
with secondary data as it demonstrate low
discrimination at workplace. On the other side of this
primary research has attained the hypothesis which I
have developed.
