deals with the various problems of the Elite Education Institute and the various
recommendations that are there for resolving the issues. The following paragraph highlights
the current problems with their probable solutions and also the fact as to why these
recommendations should be accepted.
2. Elite Education Institute
Elite Educational Institute is a famous educational institution that was founded in the
year 1987 by J. Patrick Park in CA. The institution is located across 40 institutions all over
the world and provides kinds of education path career to the students who are interested in the
matters2. The aim of the Elite Educational institute is to provide the students with the required

The educational institute has a number of problems in different spheres which means

4. Recommendations for the improvement
4.1 Systems and processes
The system and process of the Elite Educational institutions should be modified to
make sure that it amends to the modern way of teaching amenities. The systems and the
process of the educational institutions should have modern amenities as well mention the
different ways in which the systems of the educational institutions should be updated3. The
recruitment of the youths should be done so that there is administrative modernity as well as
the process stability.

institutions should be updated and made way for the measurement of the policies and
principles4. The teachings of the educational institutions should be made in accordance to the

Student pastoral care is defined as the support that is provided to the students not only
for the learning and the guidance but also for the information and other advice related

connect better with the people through the various modes of communication process. The

should depend on the High VS Low context which signifies that the communication of the

The staff management is defined as the way in which the authorities of the
organization manage the staff of the organization. There are different processes of staff

the staff management practises7. The staff management of the organization should be done in

should adopt the peaceful resolution of matters in the prolonged sense.
