• Education gives us a knowledge of the world around us and changes it to something
finer. Management and operation is the most important process of all education
institute.
• The entire assignment will be conducted to review on the development and
improvement of operational and management processes of Elite Education Institute.
• Further, it includes current system and processes at Elite and will provide
recommendations for improvement in some areas of institute.

The system and process at Elite is very good and effective. The system of
education and process of giving knowledge needs some improvement.
Recommendations
 Elite institute should make their admission criteria easy and simple.
 Elite institute should hire faculties on their qualification as well as quality
basis so that education will become smart not hard.
 System of over-pressurized on students should not be used.

• Education is very important for humans as well as management and operations are

• Further, improvement and development are essential for education institutes in their
