improvement of operational and management processes of Elite Education Institute.

recommendations for improvement in some areas of institute.

The system and process at Elite is very good and effective. The system of
education and process of giving knowledge needs some improvement.
Recommendations
 Elite institute should make their admission criteria easy and simple.
 Elite institute should hire faculties on their qualification as well as quality
basis so that education will become smart not hard.
 System of over-pressurized on students should not be used.
