INTRODUCTION
Education gives us a knowledge of the world around us and changes it to something finer.
Management and operation is the most important process of all education institute (Geiger and
Heller, 2011). It is very important for institutes that they should have the best management and
operation in providing education to people. In this present report, the entire assignment will be
conducted to review on the development and improvement of operational and management
processes of Elite Education Institute. It is one of the famous institute in Australia. It is a good
place to study. This report will cover current system and processes at Elite and will provide
recommendations for improvement in some areas of institute.
MAIN BODY
In today's world, education is important as oxygen is important to human beings. It
facilitates many things to human like learning, skills and knowledge. Elite is working very nicely
in giving education to people as they completely change the mind and personality of individuals
as well as make their attitude positive. The management and operations at Elite Education
institute is also very good and effective but still it needs some improvement.
System and Processes- The system and process at Elite is very good and effective. The system
of education and process of giving knowledge needs some improvement. For example, the
content to teach is not up to mark as there are no instructions to present the content. Process of
admission at Elite education is very tough and so, many candidates are not able to take the
admission.
Recommendations
Elite institute should make their admission criteria easy and simple.
Elite institute should hire faculties on their qualification as well as on quality basis so that
education will become smart not hard.
They should not use the system of over-pressurized for students.
Teaching- Teaching process of Elite education at present is good but still it needs some
improvement. Criteria for teaching is not updated with the modern technologies and up-gradation
(Moore and Kearsley, 2011). Teachers or faculties are providing old concept of education to
children for many years. There are no changes in their teaching practices.

They should use innovative and advance technology for teaching like they digital classes.

Student Personal Care- In Elite education institute, it has been seen that they do focus on
growth and development of students. This is the major weakness of this institute that they are
focusing only on education but now in the present world, it is very important that student’s entire
growth and development should be focused (Harper and Davis, 2012). Hygiene system of
organisation is effective as well.
Recommendations
Elite Education institute should provide growth and development opportunities like
training and development campaign by experts.
They should also ensure that there campus should be well cleaned.
Workplace Communication- Communication is the essence in each and every industry. In the
field of education, communication is very important. It has been seen that the policies, rules and
regulations which management prepared are not communicated to students and teachers. Thus,
there will be no mistakes and errors (Sadgrove, 2016). The management of Elite Institute of
education are using traditional channels of communication like placing written notice on boards.
Recommendations
Management of Elite Institute of education should use effective and modern channels of
communication like emails and texting.
They should make a defined path so that information can flow in a strategic manner.
Training should be given to students as well as to people who are doing management.
Team work should be encouraged as well.
Staff Management- Staff management is the most crucial factor in education institute. The
management of staff management is very efficient and effective. Effective management of staff
is the backbone of educational institutes. Reward and recognition system is not present in Elite
institute of education (Thornton, 2014).
Recommendations
They should hire young blood as young teachers provide modern and advanced education
to students.

rules as well as regulations. So, there is conflict occurs among employees and in between

Recommendations
Management of Elite institute should make some flexibility in the policies.
They should give training to leaders and managers to raise their skills and knowledge in
conflict resolution.
They should make strategy like “listen forts and talk second”, these are helpful enough to
reduce battles.
All the above recommendations are very important for Elite Institute of Education to
develop as well as improve their management and operations. Thus, by making use of above
mentioned recommendations, Elide will be able to overcome all these problems that are coming

ACE Model- This is the model which is developed by Alyson Garrido. ACE stands for
Acknowledge, Clarity and Engage (Keyton, Caputo and Wu, 2013). This is the model which is
designed to assist student’s embark on new path. This model is the best way to develop the skills
and knowledge of students. It does not only mean to end but perpetually re-assess and study what
can grow and improve. With the help of this model, students get confident for 'ace' their next
goal. In the phase of acknowledgement, students come at the stage of certain changes. Further,
on the phase of clarity, student get to know the actual goals and objectives that they should
determine. At last on the stage of engage, student is ready to take actions. This way, Elide is able
to make student to set their goals and in supporting them in achieving them.

CONCLUSION
The above report concluded that education is very important for humans as well as
management and operations are the most important processed in all education institutes. This
report also made understood that improvement and development are essential for education
institutes in their system and process, teaching style, communication at workplace and many
others. Further, ACE model is provided here that helps students in their growth and
development.
