Message from the CEO
A warm welcome to all staff as we enter the 2022 summer season! I hope you
all had a great Easter holiday and are all ready and refreshed to meet the
challenges that the rest of the year will undoubtedly bring. 2021 and the
beginning of 2022 proved to be a challenging time for everyone but Elite
Technology Solutions continued to perform well throughout the period and we
exceeded our sales targets. I and the senior management team would like to
thank you all for your hard work and dedication and for contributing to the
company’s success. There are exciting times ahead in the remainder of 2022 for
the company: in addition to the new regional sales office that opened recently in
Birmingham, plans are currently underway to open a further two offices in
Edinburgh and Leeds later this year.

Latest Company News in Brief
We are pleased to announce that ETS successfully completed negotiations with
two new major customer accounts at the start of 2022, with a total annual value
of approximately £0.75m. This is a great boost to the existing customer account
portfolio, and congratulations are due to the Bristol and Glasgow Sales Teams for
closing the deals!
Implementation of the new Customer Relationship Management software is
progressing well with a target completion date in July. Full training for customer
support staff will begin in May. The new CRM system will enable ETS to
streamline all customer-facing operations, ensuring a more efficient service for
existing and prospective clients.
ETS has created a new IT Training division within the HR & Training department
and has appointed Mike Davies as IT Training Manager. Mike will be working
closely with departmental managers to identify staff IT training needs and create
innovative and effective training programmes resources to meet ETS staff’s IT
training needs and support overall staff development.
ETS has been nominated for ‘Most Innovative IT Service Provider’ in the annual IT
Service Industry Awards. The awards ceremony will take place in August this
year. Well done to all the hard-working ETS staff who made this happen!
Thinking about getting fit for the summer? Why not change your commuting
routine and cycle to work?! ETS are pleased to announce the launch of a Cycle
Loan Scheme, where you can borrow up to £500 interest-free towards the
purchase of a bicycle. Contact the HR team for more information and details of
how to apply.
This month sees the return of the ETS Team Tennis Tournament which takes
place as part of the residential team-building course for staff. The tournament
has become something of a fixture on the ETS calendar and has proved to be a
lot of fun for those involved. If you are taking part in the training course and
would like to show off your tennis skills and represent your regional office,
contact your team captain – you’ll find notices in each of the offices with more

New Regional Office
ETS is pleased to announce the launch of a new regional sales office in
Birmingham, covering the East and West Midlands region. The office occupies
the 6th floor of a brand-new office complex with all the latest facilities, located in
Sunset Park in the southwest of the city centre.
We look forward to the Birmingham sales team increasing ETS’ presence in
England’s second largest city and in a fast-growing region with many new start-

ups and developing businesses who can benefit from the products and services
that ETS provides.
In addition to the new Birmingham office, ETS is planning to open a further two
regional sales offices later in 2022: Leeds and Edinburgh. We are currently
looking for suitable office locations in both cities and we are also in the process
of recruiting local staff. We’ll keep you informed of progress in the next staff
newsletter.
2021 Preliminary Sales Results
The table and chart below show the preliminary ETS sales results for 2021 that
have just been released. The final results will be published in the next edition of
the newsletter, just ahead of the publication of the company’s interim report in
August.

Employee Spotlight
This month’s Employee Spotlight is Sarah Thompson, Team Leader in the
Customer Support department in the Bristol office. Sarah has been with ETS
since 2018, when she joined as a temporary Customer Services Agent. Sarah
now supervises a team of five Customer Support Agents in Bristol, who provide
assistance to ETS customers all across the Southwest region. Sarah has also had
the opportunity to use her language skills, having studied French and Spanish at
university, when she has provided assistance to customers and suppliers in both
languages for ETS! When she’s not hard at work in the Bristol call centre, Sarah
