very advanced. This study shows some challenges that it faced regarding this E2 jet or project
and ways in which problems affected overall productivity and performance. Supply chain plays a
vital role in aircraft industry as it enables staff in performing their functions with effectiveness.

INTRODUCTION
Challenges in the business environment have a significant impact on the overall
productivity of an organization to produce better results in the industry. These issues are

in the industry. The E2 project which introduced by the organization was successful in providing
advanced aircraft which consists of different features that are unique and attractive to companies.
The organization is awarded with certificates by completing the project under the specified time
and budget. It has become one of the most important organizations which is a dream organization
for highly qualified and talented engineers to become a part. The business has been able to
develop the new aircraft under to decided time and budget which has highlighted the business in

the overall industry and it is responsible for creating various opportunities for the organization to
gain better competitive advantage (Charfeddine and Zaouali, 2022). This project is considered as
one of the most accurate and successful programs which has increased the effectiveness of the
Embraer to increase its demand in the global market. With the help of this project, the business
has been able to gain better advantage in the industry and improve their services which is helpful
in gaining a significant market share.
There were certain issues and challenges which were faced by the business in the
development process which had a negative impact on its success in the industry. Due to these
aspects the business has experienced difficulties in managing their work which is not appropriate
in order to grow and build better advantage in the industry. The business has also faced these
challenges with sheer determination and grit which has led towards its growth in the business
environment. It has always tried to make unique and innovative decisions towards the

There are several issues which are faced by the business in the industry which include
difficulties in the integration of engineers with the organization, challenges with suppliers,
accident of Embraer's system engineers, missing body parts of the aircraft etc. These issues
raised for the organization and had a negative influence on the overall success of the

These were the major challenges that were faced by the business and were not a part of the
overall development process of the organization in the preparation of the new project. It was
difficult for the business at fist to coordinate with the engineers to the project due to
miscommunication and less clarity towards the business.

difficult for them to manage their work and enhance the overall. The delay in the process of
supply chain has a significant influence over the business process which was not appropriate for
the business to achieve efficiency in their work and manage the tasks efficiently. The accidents
of two seasoned engineers in the organization lead to delay in the process of production and
management of the aircraft which created a negative environment in the business. There were

certain missing body parts in the main systems which was inappropriate in order to successfully
complete the production process and achieve better results. These issues created a negative
culture in the production area which was focused and resolved by the teams in order to enhance
their quality of output. The business has made several changes in their strategy in order to
increase their efficiency productivity in the industry. It is crucial for the business to adopt these
changes in their organization as they are significant for negating the impact of these factors that
are beneficial for the overall growth of the organization.

the manner that special team should be prepared for finding the parts of the aircraft so
that they can be properly framed again and gain the shape it used to have earlier. Proper
precautions should be provided from the next time to the engineers to take care of
themselves and to be safeguarded and protected from the accidents on large and small
scale basis.
