Introduction
Emergency drone system will be one of the most innovative business ideas in this business world
where most of the countries are facing issues related to health care. This business idea is being
generated by exploring drone base market which forms the foundation of this new concept in this
business world. Drones are already present in market for different purpose like entertainment,
video filming and events (Kim et al., 2017). This business concept will help in resolving
emergency health care issues which has become very critical for present population which are
suffering from lot of stress and work pressure due to tough competition.
Problem and need analysis
It has been found that there are many countries which are facing health related problem due to
their poor life style. Australia is considered as one of the most developed countries in the world
but at the same time this country is also known as one of the country where cases of death due to
heart attack (Clark et al., 2008). This health issue is continuously increasing every year and has
become one of the biggest issues for both government as well as individuals living in the society.
Australian government has to spend millions of dollars for health care programs. Growing
competition in organizations is considered as one of the biggest reason for spreading heart
related disease. In addition, growing of traffic has become one of the most difficult challenges to
provide emergency health care service and as a result of this many patients have lost their lives
while struggling for medical support (Krum and Stewart, 2009). In this situation, objective of
this business concept is to develop a drone based medical service system which will use aerial
route to provide their service. This medical drone will offer emergency medical support like
CPR, Blood requirement and other insulin’s which are required on emergency base. In addition,
this drone will include an artificial intelligence base operating system which be activated when
patient is alone and is not able to receive any kind of help. This business idea will be able to link
all the shareholders of the country such as individuals, government, profit and non-profit
organization (Van de Voorde wt al., 2017). As this problem is not limited to single individual
and has become one of the biggest problems of the society. In this situation, government as well
as community want to get solution of this issue and are willing to pay any cost because they are
aware that it is related to their health safety and will not take any kind of risk. This business idea
can be linked with emerging trend because at present health care industry has become one of the
most profitable businesses on the global level (Claesson et al., 2017). Therefore, it will not be
difficult for this business idea to get an entry in the present business market.

Consumer analysis
Medical care service in Australia is very costly and it has been found that an average family has
to spend almost one third of their saving for health care service. In case of emergency, this cost
also increases dependent on the type of health care service offered to the patient. In case of
emergency, it is very imported that patient will receive medical assistance on immediate base,
especially when their life is in risk (Handel and Kolstad, 2015). In this situation, emergency
medical drone will emerge as one of the best option available in the market due to its rapid
service offering within reasonable cost. In fact, this idea is being developed by considering the
income of an average individual and their spending on health care services. One of the challenge
related to this idea is that it is using mechanical drone which is a machine and therefore we
cannot completely ignore that fault will never occur during service offering. To eliminate this
risk, one of the best ways is to doing service of these drones on regular base (Ashwood et al.,
2017). As the objective of this business idea is to lower down the health related risk associated
with the individual so it will not be any problem for the target audience to purchase this kind of
health care. This drone emergency medical care service has various important benefits (Claesson
et al., 2017). One of the most important benefits is its capability of reaching to the patient with in
time period of 3 minutes. Another important benefit is cost effectiveness of this service. In this
way health care service will not impact the pocket of a common individual which already in
struggling for their bread and butter.
Market Analysis
At present health care sector is considered as one of the most profitable sector among all the
business sections. In this situation, there is various private health care services which are offering
similar kind of service in the market and therefore will try their best to create barrier for this
business idea in the present market (Zhang, 2015). But the cost efficient and rapid delivery speed
will not offer this idea to face any kind of barrier created by these kinds of competitors. Life

cycle of an idea decides the exact duration of that idea in the present business market. At present
this emergency drone medical service will be in emerging phase because this kind of service is
very unique in its market and therefore it will not be easy for competitors to break their old
tradition of offering health care service (Barnay, 2016). Cost efficiency of this service will help
to build a strong customer base in the market because this kind of service is not yet offered in the
market. Almost more than half population of Australia belong to average income family and due
to increase in the prices of health care service they are in immediate need of solution to this
increasing price health service. These section of population will be the target audience for this
business concept and their great amount of population which provide strength to the customer
base formation (Hall and Krueger, 2018). This business concept will truly going to change the
life of the middle class family living in the country and also government will offer their best
support to this idea because it is related to emergency health care of the common individuals. In
order to make an easy entry in the market, one of the most important aspects is promotion this
business idea with the help of social media tools just like Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. It is
known that almost half of the world is connected with some kind of social media platform and it
will offer a great opportunity to promote this business concept in front of billions of population
in cost efficiency manner with rapid speed, especially youth section of the population. Another
benefit associated with this business concept is that, it will be easy to get loan from bank and
other venture capitalists because this concept is totally based on service community. Even
government will also offer full support in this kind of business idea because they know what role
this service can play for the welfare of citizens.
Internal capability
As this business idea is actually a combination of innovation and creativity in present technology
business world. I believe that, I have both these important elements in me which will be helpful
me in bringing this idea in to life. In addition, I have little bit idea of this kind of service because
in my past I have interaction with such kind of emergency health care service in which one of my
relative got heart attack and we were waiting for ambulance (Sweigart et al., 2016). We all were
in great tension and that incident has change my thought process related to health care service. In
my past, I have joined as volunteer in one of the health care center which is connected with offer
health care service to the people which were in great need. During this service I came to meet
some of famous personality in health care which are believed in humanity. I shared this idea with
them and they were very much impressed with this idea. In addition to this, they told me that
they will offer their full support in this business idea. This support will help in increasing
strength of this emergency drone health care service because these people are expert in their field
and are capable enough to mentor in every situation. During my life journey, I have found that I
am very much interested in understanding technology and related things. Therefore I and few of
my friends which are studying automobile and electrical engineering have combined worked on
similar kind of mini projects which has increased my confidence. One of my friend is expert in

software programming which has made me believe that together we will be able to form one of
the best team which is the execute this business idea efficiently because we all believe in welfare
of the community.
Commercial visibility
The success of any business idea is completely dependent on their unique services which they
are going to offer in the business market (Naseri et al., 2015). If same business idea will be
introduced same kind of in the same business market, it will be very difficult to develop a strong
customer base. In this situation, only a unique identity of the idea can offer them success in the
market (Würbel, 2017). For drone emergency health service, USP is its rapid speed to reach the
customer within time limit of 3 minutes. This medical drone is going to take aerial route for their
travel which will help them to eliminate the change of getting stuck in the traffic which offers
them high speed (Ribeiro and Plonski, 2019). Another important USP of this business idea is its
low price as compared to other health care service in the market. This USP will help this
business idea to get flourish in the market and help in build a strong customer base.
