Yes, entire literature is totally connected with the topic of research because the whole
article covers the need of training to the emergency nurses, their growth, educational
programmes and many more. For example; it is clearly mentioned in the literature of article that
patient which were arrived with cardiac arrest is handled by nurses first before the arrival of

explaining the need of training to the nurses. Along with this, highlight full description of
Kiribati Island of pacific region in order to understand each and every thing in better manner.
Basically, various types of design are there which can use by researcher by scholars for
identifying corrective facts or figures (Rouquerol and et. al., 2013).

This research is really effective for nurses as various associations are come with several
programmes or sessions in order to enhance their knowledge. However, this research is all about
enhancement of emergency nurses by providing best training to them. Therefore, objective of
this report shows the major strength of entire research as title of report automatically seek the
attention of several members which helps in attaining set target of research. On the other hand,
major weakness of this research is that implementation of training is really hard to impose at
nurses because large number of groups are available.

3.4 Data collection instrument
There are number of methods are analysed which is used by researcher for acquiring best
data and information in order to make corrective decision. However, qualitative method is used
in this research for understanding the requirement of training to the nurses (Weber, 2017).
3.5 Validity and reliability
This article is totally valid for nurses of small island Kiribati because nurses are
responsible for handling the entire complex situation and by this article promotion of their
training get achieved. As a result, all of them will able to get sufficient training for performing
