Communication is one of the crucial elements of any business. Employees, customers,
manufacturers, and partners are the people who need to stay in touch every time when carrying
out business activities. In past years, the functionality delivered by the introduction of IP
telephony was greatly considered as the top opportunity in the field of business communication.
Presently due to high technologies, people who work a hundred kilometers away can feel that are
working together in the same room (Hair, Wolfinbarger, Money, Samouel, & Page, 2015). In
the year 2017, there emerge important developments for business communication in the field of
Information technology. And as a result, this emerging trends in the communication brings out
many opportunities in the business including the development of new software solutions by
software developers. The most encouraging trends according to our opinion are coming up with
AR, VR, and 5G, which greatly have the potential of reducing the cost of deploying a business
with distributed human resources. AI applications depending on this concepts are advancing
every year and soon we will expect the coming up of the software solutions for the businesses
that can absolutely substitute the real numbers of employees in a given organization (Havemo,
2018).
The upcoming of the internet of things, which was greatly applied in industrial and
logistics industries before entering into the sphere of business communication has brought a
great positive impact on the development of business. For instance using of different types of
wireless connection such as Bluetooth, WIFI, WIMAX AND GPRS in the mobile phones by
customers and any other individual to keep in touch anywhere all over the world where GSM
networks are available (Social, 2019). In addition, the Internet of things (IoT) permits the
owners of the business to have a great insight into how their business processes will be

implemented for the success of the business. Specifically, the implementation of M2M
technology which follows the concept of IoT provides the capability to collect very crucial
business data at any time. And as a result, maintaining the continuous relationship between all

storage is more fault-tolerant and safer when you compare it with the standard data center. In
addition, transferring and retrieving data from the cloud online pose a small problem as

resources and a powerful processor of your own network device. This is usually very crucial
when transferring large traffics and when implementing the Large scale VoIP networks.
According to our research, one of the well-known and great solutions for this services is
Microsoft SharePoint online, which usually provides a cloud storage capacity of at least 1.2 Tb
per user inclusive of the main functionality. Visible light communication technology is one of
the most crucial modern trends in wireless communication (Roztocki, & Weistroffer, 2015). The
emergence of life in the coming few years to come will replace WIFI which is analog. This is
because LiFi uses LEDs that usually runs with high-frequency voltage thus creating bidirectional
channels for transmission of data as an access point. The action of the radius of LED is very
small due to that the light emitted by LED is not visible to the human eye and also it cannot
penetrate the wall. In addition to this due to the use of light rays in the position of radio waves
then thus unlike WIFI this communication technology can be widely used in shallow depth
underwater, medical centers and airplanes. The other green innovation is that LEDs consumes
less much energy as compared LiFi.
In every business there are various applications of Artificial intelligence concepts, in our
case, we shall look at the creation of the iPhone using a software called Siri. This software is
greatly based on the voice request for the user that works on the chatbot principle and also it
involves searching the browser and implements all processes that are available in the mobile
devices functionality. Currently, such devices have been advanced and they are in the capability
of performing a complex task. In the year 2017, the IT sectors have been greatly supplemented
with the advancement of mobile applications which was greatly based on virtual neural network
and machine learning. These applications could be used for business purposes including remote

communication process. Thus the users of the software could acquire virtual assistants, which
can take part in the real employees in the business. The representation of such a business solution

other through video communication while identifying the highest resolution. In addition, the 5G
standard will help in integrating all types of video communication applications backing up the
exchange content into a current life situation. This kind of software greatly carries a lot of loads
on the network bandwidth, which can lead to slow down of the system in case of access by
multiple users. But according to carried statistics, this standard has not yet gained a lot its use
and it is greatly planned for 2020 and the deployment cost is approximately at least 60 US
dollars (Simon, & Leker, 2016).
Technological advancement is increasing day to day and more communication devices
are emerging which adds efficiency in the business to facilitate the quick exchange of the
information with, businesses which are located in different places, customers and employees.
Most businesses today are faced by great challenges of the communications overloads. It is

required that the newer technologies should emerge so that we can able to manage the ever
growing in terms of complexity of business communication (Davies, 2016).
Social media, email, mobile devices, and the web allows people to communicate all over
the world. But technology can present various challenges, information which is not faced to face
lack nonverbal communication thus the information which is posted online can be taken out of
content and the sender of the message may not be in a position of clarifying the message
promptly. If effective communication is not built in any business, then the businesses all over the
world will decline. Technology enables a group of individual to communicate through
teleconferences and web conferences. But telephone static and times zones can create an obstacle
to effective communication( Friedman, 2017).
