in three phases. The three phases include the emerging phase, the growing phase and the
maturity phase. The invention that will be discussed are either on the growing phase or the
maturity phase. In the emerging phase new companies appear displaying the new products.
According to research, the companies are small and entrepreneurial and are uncertain about the
market reaction to the new product. It is said that the companies are said to be struggling.

based. From research, the uncertainty of business at this point is reduced. In this phase, there
most companies encountered much cost and failure trying to fit in the market. Some invention
failed at this point, other changed the product version while others thrived to the maturity phase.
