the entire employee will be treated as equal and the decision making must be taken to attain the
effective outcomes of the result and thus the choice will be chosen in the particular direction of
the project and the final call will be taken out by the leader. It is more effective style as in this
the lower level employee also get the better position within the company in future period of time.
For example in the board meetings the democratic leaders provides some of the option that is in
the favour of the company growth (Gursoy, 2018).
Autocratic leadership: It is the style that has rarely effective within the business and it is
conflicting of democratic style. In this leader takes the decision without sharing that with others.
They never considered the employee and didn’t give any priority and they except that everyone
will go to follow their decision. For example if the manager decides to get change the working
hours of the employee they can’t do that all because this leadership style will stinks that. It is in
the favour of the company by which they could intellect the team and company has the
hegemonic culture by which they didn’t lose the employees.
Laissez- Faire leadership: It is styles that have sometimes effectiveness and it is the
least invasive style of the leadership. The term "laissez faire" means “let them do" in this leaders
provides authority to the employees. For example, it is appropriate in the culture where there is
no other policy of the company. Thus in this these leaders have more focus on the working
performance of the leaders. It empowers the employee and builds the trust by which they

They also control and manage the burden and keep ensures that the working condition of the
company didn’t get affected and remain more stable. It is the desired style because with this the

within the business in which all the employees feels so superior and perform their work on time.

sometime only as they are always get "transforming". In this the employee has the set of actions

the company to get begin the roles and the responsibilities to the employees and encourage the
working attitude of them. They use the incentive system under which the employee get more

to the coach of sport’s team in which the leader could identify and analyse the strength of each of
the member and able to get the collective result from the all together team. They always focus
to the build the strategy that is in the favour of all the team members. It is a style that is more
similar as the demographic and strategic leadership but emphasis the success and growth rate of
employees. In this leader couldn’t force the employee to behave like some other but focus to
enhance their own skills and helps to accomplish their goals (Sota, 2020).
Bureaucratic leadership: It is the rarely effective leadership style in which they gone
with the books and listen to the employees. In this the employee get reject the input of the
employees and removes the different conflicts from the company. It is the most traditional, larger
and older approach of the company and in this the different strategy of the employees will get
reject as well. They believe that the company get more success with the current prospect of them
and didn’t try any other format because of them it is the wastage of time.
The Taj hotel London must use the coach style leadership in which they have the team in
which all the employees have the expertise in their own era. As in longer terms these are the
leader that always focus to create stronger team that has unique set of skills and also make the
