Corporate governance is defined as such set of rules, process and laws those are governed
by the business and operated within the organisation so that to manage the business and to
develop the business. These are regraded as internal policies of the organisation which is having

in creating trust and transparency in accountability. Corporate governance is related with
managing operational activities of the business so that direction and control can be given to the
business. Poor corporate governance practices are related with minimising stated goals and may
cause financial losses as well. This is stated that with the help of significant corporate
governance practices financial performance of the organisation can be boosted which is helpful
in managing long term image of the organisation. The most important principle of corporate
governance is to involve stakeholders so that major sources of the organisation can be fulfilled
and retained for longer duration of time. These are the practices which allow stakeholders to
manage their holdings and manage transparency so that they can stay valued and trusted for the
company.

The current report is based on an Italian restaurant named Emilia’s Crafted Pasta which is
situated in Central London. The company is associated with providing Italian food to their
customers which is one of the USP of the organisation. The company is trying to manage their

market in such a manner that they can get high investments from their investors. The industry of

diverse businesses those are together related with food supply chain.
