Conclusion
After the analysis and interpretation of the responses of the participants in the previous chapter,
now conclusion will be drawn based on those findings, which will give an overview of what
practices are being done and what are the results.
It can be concluded after the close monitoring and doing a questionnaire survey of 30 cadets in
the Emirates Airlines, that cadets who are recruited for the training program in the organization,
they are quite content with the recruitment process. Although it have come to light that factor
which requires improvement form the administration, is the speed of reply from EK, which is
problematic area in the recruitment process. The management need to take care of this factor at
every step of the recruitments process as it have been highlighted by the respondents in the
survey.
It can also be concluded form the analysis that, recruitment process of the cadets in the Emirates
Airlines is quite lengthy. The process consists of several phases ranging from prescreening
medical tests to psychometric tests and from Numerical tests to TOEFL and finally interview for
the selection of the best candidate, who cab become a right fit in the organization. Mostly the
organization goes for those candidates who may have little experience earlier, in the particular
field which might prove helpful in making the learning process easy and faster.
Another point that have emerged from the analysis and interpretation of the survey of the cadets
that they think the time which is given to the candidates for the completion of different steps in
the recruitment process is quite sufficient and cadets are able to complete different tests at
different stages in time. Therefore it can be said that it is plus point in the recruitment process of
the Emirates airlines.

Beside the time to completion and speed of reply from EK another factor analyzed was briefing
instructions. Regarding the briefing instructions it can be concluded that most of the cadets
seems to be quite satisfied with the briefing instructions as they were quite clear and helped them
in the each and every stage of the recruitment process. Besides this it have also came to the light
that the Emirate Airlines need to improve and reduce unnecessary steps in the recruitment
process so that the process can become more effective and efficient. This will help the airlines to
make a good image of itself in the market and will helping attracting more and more candidates
for different positions in the organizations.
Recommendations
After the conclusion, recommendations for the Emirates airlines are given and discussed, which
the organization can utilize for enhancing their recruitment process of cadets and improve the job
satisfaction level in the organization.
It is recommended to the Emirates Airlines that they should try to enhance their recruitment
process for cadets. They should focus on reducing the lengthy process, which consists of several
steps. The organization should focus on removing those steps which are not that important,
which will make the recruitment process more effective and efficient. Besides this it will also
help in improving the morale of the cadets.
Besides this it is also recommended that the organization should give more time to complete the

In the phase of Numeric and Physics test, it is recommended that the organization should focus
on the speed of reply from the EK in order to enhance the morale of the candidates. Oh the other
hand cadets seems to be content with the time given to complete the test. Briefing instructions
for the numeric and physics test should be improved in order to make the cadets clear about the
test related queries.
It is also recommended to the airlines that they should communicate with the cadets frequently,
in order to keep them informed about the next phase. Speed of reply in the Pre Screening
Medical Test should be increased so that cadets do not feel ignored, which may create wrong
image of the brand in the mind of the people.
The briefing instructions in the psychometric test should be enhanced, for making it clear to the
candidates what they are required to do. Besides they need to enhance the speed of reply from
EK here as well. Otherwise this can have bad impact on the morale of the candidates may
showcase that the organization is not that efficient as it claims to be.
At the time of interview, the airlines should pay close attention to the briefing instructions and
speed of reply form EK in order to make the interview phase go smoothly without any error. This
will be helpful in the creation of a brand image which will have positive impact on the
reputations of the airlines and it will continue to attract skilled people from different fields.

airlines can shorten and merge some of the tests in one single test, and by distributing the number
of questions for every topic equally, an efficient test framework should be devised. This will help
the organization to make the recruitment process of cadets more effective and efficient, which
will be able to select the right candidate. Merging some of the tests will help the airlines to save a
lot of time of the candidates and as well of the organization itself, which it can invest other
important areas of operations.
A whole review of the recruitment process will help in achieving the objective. After in depth
analysis of the different phases, those phases which can be merged can be identified and then the
organization can come up with a one or two test instead of having several single tests. This will
help the organization in screening more and more candidates, which will allow the organization
to have a workforce with excellent knowledge, skills and abilities and in the long run will give
competitive edge to the Emirates Airlines.
