Introduction
This report is basically presented for the head team of leadership, to analyze understanding as
well as knowledge of the impact of the leaders and managers upon the operation of the Emirates
airlines Group within UAE. This airlines Group is a company that especially operates
international flights and succeeds in activities, infrastructure, growth, ingenuity, invention,
consumer awareness, management and leadership skills and is considered one of the best among
the other airline's companies in UAE. The company has taken several approaches, through its
leadership, to address both external and domestic challenges since its foundation in 1985. Such
approaches were accompanied by applicable strategy and management philosophies on different
contexts and principles. It also involved identifying new issues and the implications of change
within the company. The airline business is obviously a fast-growing industry with strong
competition between its players. This requires the development, ratification and maintenance of
strategies that could allow them to capture significant shares within the market, and to remain
and compete with other players in the market. This was Emirates Airlines ' mandate to resolve
both internal and external problems in its management, development, customer attention, and
response. As previously pointed out, the management and leadership have adopted various
methods and solutions to cope with, handle and resolve problems (Pierce, 2018).

Definition and role of managers
Managers are seen as the individuals within an organization who organizes and manages the
operations of an enterprise to help them in achieving the company's desired goals and targets.
Managers ' role is essentially to formulate and create the plans and policies that are involved or
needed to make the enterprise a success and also to organize the actions of employees and other
staff in order to fulfill their respective tasks in line with their priorities to ensure that the goals
and objectives are effectively achieved. The administrators are divided at various levels within
an organization in order to coordinate the job in each area. The management also has concerns
about assessing the employees, their performance as well as to carry out those tasks through
which the regular implementation of the evaluation process can be attained by the company
(SADIK, 2018).

context of meeting the goals of the company. Our teamwork and communication skills continue
to play a key role in helping workers and completing the dream of the company within them.
