Research Question
The research question for this research paper is to examine the effectiveness of the
recruitment process for cadet pilots at Emirates airlines.
1.1Background to the Research question
The Emirates Airlines is mindful of the changes in demographics as structure of population
by numbers, areas, luxuriousness and age may have a significant bearing over the interest
in specific or general administrations and items (Rankin). The team is ought to be aware of
culture of the travellers and give administration to enjoyment of client. It is commonly
observed that Emirates Airlines gives a lot of hard work for verifying that each of the general
public is provided equal opportunities for exploiting the assets that are provided by
association.
1.2 Research Objectives
Examine current recruitment process for cadet pilot
Compare with a model of best practice
Seek opinion of currently recruited cadet pilot on process of recruitment (survey)
Make recommendation to improve the process

For airline to be ahead of the citation along with conforming to consistently evolving
regulations and policies of industry, a constant demand is there always for improving the
operations of airline while making sure that efficiency and safety (Goatly, et al., 2000). It
requires the recruitment process for cadet pilot to be thorough and rigorous. Therefore, it is
necessary to examine the effectiveness of the recruitment process for cadet pilots at
Emirates airlines.

2.1 Research Approach taken
Research Methodology
The quantitative technique to collect the data is used for generating outcomes which are
easy to summarize, compare and generalize data collection is done by using primary and
secondary methods.
2.2 Secondary Research.
A lot of information is collected by making use of online journals, articles, research papers,
dissertations, research reports, newspaper articles, journals, and books.
2.3 Primary Research
Questionnaires were developed online for the research survey for customers and business
and sent via mail to respected participant.
2.4 Primary Research Data Collection Plan
Online questionnaires were designed for the research to obtain the data from selected
sample that was developed by making use of service of google Form. New forms were put to
use for data collection and the identity of the respondent were protected. The links which
were developed were uploaded on social sites and were sent to contacts through
messengers.30 respondents were chosen for this study.

3.2 Risk Management
Risk management in recruitment process of Emirate Airlines is a process to develop actions
and options for enhancing the opportunities and reducing the threats for the projects
objectives of hiring and selecting the cadet pilot. Implementation of risk mitigation is a
process to execute the actions for risk mitigation. Monitoring process of Risk mitigation
involves tracking of identified risks, evaluating the effectiveness of risk process all through
the project.
3.3 Quality Management
Monitoring and controlling is a kind of assessment and evaluation and it happens after
commencement of intervention all through the intervening course or in between the
intervention (Vespermann, et al., 2016). No standard methods and tolls for monitoring are
there as they vary as per the kind of objective and intervention in program.
3.4 Statement of Assumptions / Problems / Limitations
Use of Online Questionnaire can exclude those people who are not in direct use of
internet (Ismail, et al., 2017). There is no reliability of correct answers being given by
the respondents due to limited resources and time. Also all tolls of engagement to
social media are not discovered.
