I have complete my internship project from
the Emirates Steel Company in UAE. In the
course of my ongoing internship, I came to
know about many interesting facts about the
company.
The company tries its level best to utilize their
strength, overcome their weakness and
satisfy their customers .

Company Background
Emirates is one of the Governmental entity
that as established in the year 1998. There
are two headquarters, one in Musaffah
Industrial City of Abu Dhabi and the other is
small sale office in KSA .
They have a honest work culture. This work
culture is shown through the values that they
possess.

Management style
Ethics is one of the strongest points of this
organization.
Accountability is also one of the most
essential aspects of this organization
Empowerment is one of the important aspects
of this organization.

I have realized in the course of my internship
that the company follows all the ethical code o
conduct
Supportive, innovative and employee friendly
environment helps in motivating the

Emirates Steel is always trying to develop
their systems .
I joined the department in September 2018
and they were still yet not updating the assets.
The company was facing some kinds of issues
regarding the updating of the assets.
The same was to be don in a cost effective
manner.
I worked with the IT department, IT security
management and SAP management as well.
