One of the best manufacturing companies in the world is the Volkswagen which
is known for producing classic vehicles in the world. But due to some irregularities
of the company not complying with the regulation standards that that have been set
it is become difficult for it to operate. Due to this problems the company is making
it harder to its non-compliance to a point of deceiving th e government off their
amounts · . Which were really overwhelming to the o r g an i za ti on (Barrett et al . 2010
p.24). Quite a number o f questions were enquired about nature of mo r a li ty,
c om p l i an c e i ss u e s.. The article tends to crystallize and analyze the nature of the VW
crisis and the means of solving it and g ett i ng to the core reasons why and how it
happened (Schiermeier 2015 p . 25 ) . Due to various activities like ethical, moral,
practice of malpractices and legal practices have now become a center of focus in the
industry.

other dealers an opportunity to make their own choices and rational decisions. Most
stakeholders felt betrayed by VW for the heinous actions that saw them lost a huge amount
of money as a result of fraudulent activities and practices (Nehamas 2011 p.43).. The
company was not in a better position to meet all its standards. Therefore, it meant that it
had to look for an alternative, way out of the mess it was going through. The company has
faced man legal issues and environmental conservation issues after the scandals 'Were
brought to light and which they managed to get away out (Spector 2015 p.200). Most
customers have lost loyalty and faith from the company capability of agreeing, with the set
standards regarding conversation of the environment.
Another country that has experienced this kind of an economic growth is China. By so
doing it have been able to remove a large group of its people from the level poverty, has
also raised a living standard of its people. Also this has provided an increased in the
country revenue and also tax collection therefore has resulted to economic growth. Its fast
urbanization has played a critical role in reducing the poverty levels in the country
(Schmidt p.16).The number of vehicles have been increasing at a high rate from the year
2009 positively. The result for this increasing rate of vehicles is that the air pollution has
increased due to gas emission. According to (Hao et al.2011, p.7) he assert that the gas
emission has increased with about 76% of carbon (iv) oxide from the vehicles.
