One of the best manufacturing companies in the world is the Volkswagen which
is known for producing classic vehicles in the world. But due to some irregularities
of the company not complying with the regulation standards that that have been set
it is become difficult for it to operate. Due to this problems the company is making
it harder to its non-compliance to a point of deceiving th e government off their
amounts · . Which were really overwhelming to the o r g an i za ti on (Barrett et al . 2010
p.24). Quite a number o f questions were enquired about nature of mo r a li ty,
c om p l i an c e i ss u e s.. The article tends to crystallize and analyze the nature of the VW
crisis and the means of solving it and g ett i ng to the core reasons why and how it
happened (Schiermeier 2015 p . 25 ) . Due to various activities like ethical, moral,
practice of malpractices and legal practices have now become a center of focus in the
industry.

A body which govern all the world class company known as EPA issued a notice
Volkswagen company around September 2015, which was to direct the company on the
importance of environmental conservation. EPA further wanted to know the reason as to why the
company was not able to prevent the release of the harmful gases to the atmosphere (Cavico and
Mujtaba 2015, p.56). The noticed was more concern on A u d i t of the Volkswagen
Company and how the company have been operating. In order have a solution
about the company problems they have been talks with other countries like USA.
Through this talk the company will be able to find a solution that will see the

management enact the means o f d e f eat i ng the is su e. There is believe that the effects of
this harmful gases will have a very deadly effects on the other companies which are around
the company. The assertions are according to
Thomson Germany country will be the most affected by this harmful gases from this VW
Company, this is because the country is on of the neighboring country among others.
According to (Boston p.10) VW was a great company however, it denied its customers and
other dealers an opportunity to make their own choices and rational decisions. Most
stakeholders felt betrayed by VW for the heinous actions that saw them lost a huge amount
of money as a result of fraudulent activities and practices (Nehamas 2011 p.43).. The
company was not in a better position to meet all its standards. Therefore, it meant that it
had to look for an alternative, way out of the mess it was going through. The company has
faced man legal issues and environmental conservation issues after the scandals 'Were
brought to light and which they managed to get away out (Spector 2015 p.200). Most
customers have lost loyalty and faith from the company capability of agreeing, with the set
standards regarding conversation of the environment.
Another country that has experienced this kind of an economic growth is China. By so
doing it have been able to remove a large group of its people from the level poverty, has
also raised a living standard of its people. Also this has provided an increased in the
country revenue and also tax collection therefore has resulted to economic growth. Its fast
urbanization has played a critical role in reducing the poverty levels in the country
(Schmidt p.16).The number of vehicles have been increasing at a high rate from the year
2009 positively. The result for this increasing rate of vehicles is that the air pollution has
increased due to gas emission. According to (Hao et al.2011, p.7) he assert that the gas
emission has increased with about 76% of carbon (iv) oxide from the vehicles.

Nitrogen (I) oxide concentration respectively in Greater Beijing. Adoption of control
strategies has been adopted by China amid of the 1990s to control the emission of
harmful gases in the atmosphere which can negatively impact the well-being of both
plants and animals on entirety (Oldenkamp 2016 p.34). The strategies involve LDV 1/M
and HDV which ensures the amount of air pollution done is controlled (Goel 2014, p.'90).
Conclusion
I believe the move taken by VW was not prudent and they should try and cultivate the lost
trust of the customers in order for them to be effective in their day to day activities,
Making a customer happy should always be a priority for the organization. Failure to win
trust from the customer simply means loss of trust. Additionally it is the responsibility of
management to ensure compliance is promptly done to ensure that everything runs as
expected. Therefore it is key for every key member of the organizations to play their
critical roles and ensure necessary measure have been put in place to control pollution and
to ensure it does not happen in future
