Introduction
Emma & Tom is a well renounced Juice Company founded in Australia by Emma Welsh
and Tom Griffith. It is a healthy food organization which is varied and dynamic and it supplies
fresh whole fruit juice and thus it takes care of the risk policy of the company. The customers are
happy since the company constantly supplies the people with nutritious whole fruit products
which are healthy as well as tasty (Bowie et al, 2016).
In the company there are both internal as well as external stakeholders. The internal
stakeholders are the employees, owners and also the managers. The external stakeholders are the
customers, suppliers, and the Government which are also critical for the growth and development
of the company.

The mission and vision of the company is “Look after yourself”. This is the tagline which
helps the company to win over the external stakeholders. The company is committed to help the
Australians, the customers in providing them with nutritious whole fruit juice which are of great

the nutrition in the juice, thus the company have stressed on four themes
which includes innovation, people, nature, and “Danone for All”.

for the brands which delivers to the customers a wide variety of fresh whole fruit smoothies, and
the life bars packed with fruit, seeds and nuts, refreshing quenchers and the sparkling fruit juice.
Focus on external stakeholders (Customers): The second strategy is to strictly focus on the
quality of the products. Their products are nutritious and they are able to supply daily fiber
requirement through their juices to all the customers. This makes the customers satisfied. The
juices supplied by the company are free from the preservatives and the added sugar or artificial
flavors or colors which makes the juice fresh and natural (Campher, 2017).
Focus on external stakeholders (Local Community): This Juice Company donates around
$100,000 juices to all the customers. They have the fund raising events and charity every year
named as Peter Mac Callum Cancer Centre, Pink Ribbon. This helps the company to serve the
community as a whole
