Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence and Diversity Assessment

This essay provides a comprehensive analysis of emotional intelligence (EI), cultural intelligence (CI), and diversity, based on the results of a Global EI test and Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence test, completed by the author and two peers.
