PART 1
Two tests were conducted to evaluate my behaviour through the “Global Leadership
Foundation’s Global Emotional Intelligence Test (GEIT)”. There were various questions which
were asked by me in both the tests to know about how I will respond to the different situations.
The analysis had been made by using of the four quadrants of the “Johari Window” which
includes the components of “Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown” (Pace, et.al. 2014). These two
tests were being conducted by two friends who are very close to me. Based on the results of a
survey which included the tests, my close friends effectively assessed me.
Based on the first test out of the two tests conducted, it has been determined & assessed that
sometimes I find it very difficult in recognising my emotions. Secondly, I often lose my temper
very easily. Both these assessed things are completely known to everyone. The next thing which
was being assessed was that I am not as effective & efficient to calm myself as I should be. This
thing is unknown & is not being recognised by anyone. Another assessed thing through the test
states that sometimes I am very effective in organising the groups which cover the stage of the
blind spot, i.e. this capability of mine is known to others, but I am not able to recognise it. It has
also been found out in the first test that I rarely focus on performing certain essential things. But
this thing is hidden, I know it but unknown to all others.
Based on the second test, my second close friend evaluated that I rarely recognise my emotions, I
often lose my temper, and this thing is common in both the tests. The next assessed thing is that
in very rare situations I can calm myself. Also, the groups are being organised by me very often.
My second friend also determined that in rare situations I can focus on essential or important
things.
All the above-evaluated assessment is not completely true, apart from a few things. During the
self-assessment (Duckworth & Gross, 2014), I have examined that I often calm myself in critical
situations, but I can barely organise the effective groups, and also I can strongly focus on my
goals sometimes. In terms of recognising the emotions, me & one of my close friend’s view is

similar who conducted the second test that I can barely recognise them & control them. One
thing was similar in both the tests & also in my self-assessment that I often lose my temper.
PART 2
I have analysed the different strengths & weaknesses of mine based on the evaluated results of
both the tests along with the essential things on which I need to get improved. Some of my
effective identified strengths include:
I am easily able to calm myself in all the bad/ difficult or critical situations.
I can be capable of organising effective groups.
I have a good sense of humour.
I can implement the sound decisions
I take up the new challenges & face them.
I can inspire others.
I am always ready to help others by understanding their problems & feelings.
I can directly handle difficult people.
Apart from the effective strengths, there are certain weaknesses also which I need to improve
within the limited period; the following are the identified weaknesses:
I often lose my temper very easily.
I am not capable of recognising the different emotions.
I get easily distracted by other people & other things.
I always try to go through with the changes which are being driven by other people.
I am not effective in setting up long-term goals & objectives.
I lack effective listening skills.
After analysing all my strengths & weaknesses, I have determined that I should work upon my
weaknesses with the help of implementing some of the effective strategies which can help me in
reducing all my weaknesses. I should set the standard goals to pursue a higher standard of living.
I can also read out some effective articles about how I can enhance my listening skills.

The term “Global Citizen” means the person who effectively identifies all the activities
prevailing in the emerging World & also contributes in developing overall values of the whole
community with the help of implementing the appropriate actions & relevant practices (Stoner,
et.al. 2014). It has been assumed that I work in the culturally diverse Global Organization & to
be the Global citizen of that particular organisation, I need to determine & effectively fulfil all
the rights & responsibilities which should be enhanced by the Global Citizen. Following are
some of the responsibilities which should be implemented by me:
I should protect human rights.
I should face various challenges regarding injustice.
I should establish strong & effective goals to implement the defined actions.
I should help others at both the local as well as the Global level.
Apart from all the above-stated responsibilities, I should also possess the necessary skills to
become a Global citizen, such as:
Cooperative & communicational skills to enhance the high level of communication of
those people who have diverse cultures.
Effective skills to resolve the conflicts.
Enhancing critical & creative thinking (Lilley, et.al. 2015).
As per the given assumption of being working in the diverse cultural global business
organisation, I should be completely aware of the diverse perspectives of all the other people
working in the organisation. I should develop & implement the economic as well as the political
processes; I should try to develop the whole organisation in terms of enhancing the sustainable
environment. I should also develop & spread the high level of understanding about the cross-
cultural teams & human-diversity, protect the human rights of all the people working in the
organisation and should also help in enhancing the peach within the overall organisation by
resolving all the identified conflicts. Apart from all these roles & responsibilities, I should focus
